Hi,
I am 40 minutes outside of Rome on a magnificent Organic farm. We did not expect to spend the whole week here, but that is what happened. Long story. Suffice it to say that the “big heirloom, organic seed guy” that we came to meet, buy seeds from, visit the production facilities/farm of, etc, decided not to meet with us despite the fact that we had an appointment going back many weeks.
Not sure what that is about, but I will tell you that as soon as I started to talk with him on the phone about the fact that Monsanto is buying up heirloom and organic seed companies like crazy (I happen to know that is happening in Europe at the same frenetic rate that it is happening in the US), he got off the phone about as quickly as he could, not even stopping to consider whether he was suddenly no longer even slightly courteous. So we are coming home without the Italian heirloom seeds I was hoping for.
Never the less, we have accomplished a great deal here at the lovely farm and gotten some valuable ideas for VotM!

One of the things afoot is that we WILL be pushing to take the Codex “seat” accorded to “HEALTH FREEDOM” away from the totally mute, totally inert organization which has, and hogs, it. This has to do with food, friends, global growing rights.

I really miss being home in Panama. You know, Gen. Bert and I have traveled all over the world, pretty much, and lived in a lot of places, some of them really, really beautiful. I regard Panama as my home, though, and I look forward to having you feel the same way. Getting back home where our Seminar / Wellness Center is nearly ready is going to be so wonderful!
On a more troublesome note, the “kill the offshore investment options/havens” crowd are at it again.
As Ralph says over and over, the IRA/401 money in the US is the last pool of “real” money left and “they” want control of it.
Last October, there was talk by Pelosi of turning that money into Treasury Bonds with a 3% return “guaranteed” by the US Government’s sound fiscal policy (Wanna buy a bridge, anybody?)
Well, they stopped talking about it for a while, but they are back at it. We believe that moving your IRA or, if you can, your 401 retirement fund NOW while you still can is a sound move.
As many of you know, I have invested what was left of my 401 in the Valley of the Moon Corp.
When we first proposed the program, it was not possible to secure a BIC with 401 or IRA funds so they were a simple loan. Now, through our continued research, it is, indeed, possible to use those funds to secure a full or partial BIC, meaning that you can then build your home on your buildable lot if you have a full BIC (or not, as you prefer) and be a full or partial participant using your BIC status to do so.
This was a real breakthrough.

HPV Vaccines Plan a Colossal Clinical Trial: No Surprise There.
Now Let’s Include Infants and See What Happens!
The general belief in the US and elsewhere is that once a drug or vaccine is approved for general use, its “safety and efficacy” have been established beyond a reasonable doubt and that any special concerns are covered in the inserts which accompany the alleged medicine.
That appears to be a reasonable conclusion, but, alas, is an tragically incorrect one.
The truth of them matter is that, AT BEST, once a drug or vaccine hits the market (that is, can be used on YOU without informed consent or other special procedures), you are in Clinical Trial Phase IV – the one where, after a while, if there are TOO MANY deaths, seizures, or other short term adverse events, the product might, just might, be considered for removal from the market place. Or not.
Now when we are dealing with vaccines, the situation is much, much worse. First of all, the lap dog Fraud and Death Administration (FDA), followed quickly by the US Congress, has removed all financial liability from vaccine manufacturers, no matter what happens to vaccine recipients, as long as there is no evidence of willful intent to do harm. Vaccines are an uninsurable risk… even AIG won’t insure the drug companies against vaccine harm. Instead Congress set up a special tax that each buyer of a vaccine dose pays, and that fund in effect, guarantees the profitability of vaccines for the drug companies.
So long as there is no willful intent to do harm…
Um, excuse me. Injecting “adjuvants” and “preservatives” like lipids, modified lipids, aluminum hydroxide sulfide, mercury, aspartame, MSG, formaldehyde, foreign protein, leukemia viruses and a host of other compounds conclusively shown to be devastating to the animals that receive them in the lab, coupled with the fact that no vaccine on the planet has been shown to be effective, safe or, heaven help us, both safe AND effective, while propagandizing and lobbying for as wide-spread penetration as possible, is not willful intent to do harm?
I must be fairly simple minded, I suppose, not to understand that overloading the immature immune systems of newborns with toxins – and changing the prohibitions against injecting pregnant moms with toxic brews like Flu vaccine, Rhogram and a host of others to allow, indeed, endorse and recommend – in the absence of any scientific justification to do so – is not willful intent to do harm.
I guess there is something wrong with the way I process information when mercury-bearing pediatric vaccines are permitted to be used until the [valuable, expensive] stocks run out but vaccine manufacturers are permitted to claim that their products are “Thimerisol Free” because a small number of mercury reduced, NOT mercury free, vials of this vile stuff is being produced, to gradually replace the pediatric stock, in several years. Since the “new and improved” shots contain only a “trace” of mercury, the ingredient does not have to be revealed… even though that 1 to 3 mcg “trace” is enough to cause harm!
I failed to learn to think in medical totalitarianistic ways so I just do not understand how approving a vaccine for US and European children like Rotovac for rotovirus diarrhea, a disease from which US and European children do not die, makes any sense at all, other than from a corporate perspective – money-wise, that is. Or, consider HPb, the vaccine designed to “prevent” hepatitis B, a disease spread by intimate contact with contaminated blood or semen, or Gardasil, designed to “prevent” a disease which may or may not be related to the Human Papilloma Virus and is definitely related to sexual activity, for girls 9-26, and now FOR INFANTS and which is not proven to be effective in preventing cervical cancer, which is easily detected and cured early through non-chemotherapy means, is actually increased by the use of the vaccine and whose vaccine-induced antibodies have never been proven to be related to cancer prevention!
To make matters even more interesting, there is no evidence, that’s right, NONE, that the antibodies which are, in fact, produced, in response to the immune-degrading and immune-distorting HPV vaccines and their deadly ajuvants last more than 5 years.
So we give girls and women a shot, then a second shot, then a third shot, then a booster shot (that is 4+++ doses of the toxins in the vaccines, of course) and then, THEN, we get to see, according to the very important document below, IF the vaccine produces any adverse events of significance (for example, death, or the brand new disorder called “Juvenile ALS”, which has only been seen in girls who have received the Gradasil and Cervavax HPV vaccines, by the way) and IF the vaccines provide “protection” against cervical cancer and genital warts… in the next 40 years or so… conveniently well after all the authors of this atrocity are long into their well-paid retirement.
While we are waiting, of course, we can fill our time reading studies like the ones which show that Gardasil increases cervical cancer in women and girls who are already sexually active by 44.7% and the FDA documents dated from before the approval of Gardasil, that showed that there was no expectation that this evil brew would reduce cervical cancer because, despite the tobacco science (shall we change the name to “Pharma “science” ?) bought and paid for by Merck, the HPV strains covered by this vaccine have not been implicated in cervical cancer!!!!!
Now, for the two “best” pieces of HPV vaccine news: as the article below will show you, the idea is to include huge numbers of additional girls and infants, yes, infants, most of whom are not very sexually active, but, hey! a profit is a profit, take it where it falls!, in a gigantic clinical study to make lots of money for a few people while we continue to see the use of our children, and ourselves, as guinea pigs in experiments which are already failed the day they are put to paper, long before our bodies are damaged by the toxic drug and vaccine brews.
And now, for something completely different, the next market segment for marketing this vaccine is the other half of the sexually active crowd: baby boys, boy children and men. Take this opportunity to resist because you have that right. But for the vaccines that you do not have the right to resist, the Pandemic vaccines, you must take action quickly. Support our best Health Freedom friend in Congress so that he can introduce a Self-Shielding bill immediately to give you the right to turn down either taking a Swine Flu vaccine (and do not think that there will not be more of these Pandemic Vaccines – new viruses are “emerging” all the time and the market is rich and ripe: new viruses, new vaccines, new pandemics, new population reductions – mmmm! Just what Dr. Mengele ordered!

Girls used as Guinea Pigs in HPV Trials Admits GSK

We have always suspected it and now they admit it, GSK are using young girls (as young as 9 in some areas) as human Guinea Pigs in HPV vaccine Cervarix trials. This was only discovered after reading a document that was meant for ‘Scientific Background and Informational Purposes only’?
Cervarix GlaxoSmithKline’s Cervical Cancer Candidate Vaccine Mandate. Media Backgrounder makes very disturbing reading as it states exactly what trials are to be carried out, with one particular very interesting line?
“Phase III Trials Phase III studies are underway in 37 countries with more than 39,000 subjects planned.”
So this appears to prove that all our children are part of one big experiment to enable the drug companies to line their pockets whilst they sit back and watch what happens to our children.
Whilst trawling the Internet a fellow member of ICAP also came up with this gem of a document which also appears to prove that our children are part of trials.
The document is the Presentation of advisory report Vaccination against cervical cancer from the health Council of the Netherlands to the Minister of Health, Welfare and Sport
This is an official political document. It is called ‘Vaccination against Cervical Cancer’ and it was accompanied with a letter addressed to the Minister of Health, Welfare and Sport in the Netherlands, from the Health Council. Interestingly the report outlines some very alarming points. The report discusses the differences between the two HPV vaccinations Cervarix and Gardasil.
It States:-
“Both vaccines are designed to provide immunity against HPV-16 and 18: the two types of the virus responsible for about 70 per cent of cervical cancer cases. Gardasil also provides protection against HPV-6 and 11, which together cause nearly all genital warts. Broader-spectrum vaccines capable of protecting against hrHPVs other than HPV-16 and 18 may become available in due course. The vaccines differ from one another in terms of the adjuvants (vaccine-aiding agents) they utilise. Gardasil uses the well-established adjuvant aluminium hydroxyphosphate sulphate, while Cervarix uses the equally widely employed aluminium hydroxide, but in combination with monophosphoryl lipid A, a chemically modified lipopolysaccharide, that influences the innate immune system. The latter complex is known as ASO4. Cervarix stimulates higher levels of antibody production, but the significance of this phenomenon for its protective effect is not known.”
The report states that there is no real knowledge to how long the vaccine lasts or if a booster will be needed or if in fact it does protect against cervical cancer.
“Conclusions
Vaccination protects against persistent infection and the precursors of cervical cancer
The initial effect of vaccination is favourable: vaccination leads to the formation of antibodies against the target hrHPVs and thus to protection against infection by those hrHPVs. This in turn brings about a major short-term reduction in the incidence of the precursors of cervical cancer. It is known that the development of such precursors is a prerequisite for the subsequent development of the cancer. Vaccination against cervical cancer itself. However, whether vaccination does in fact protect against cervical cancer will not be known for many years to come.”
Lovely isn’t it? Then it states:-?
“It is not yet clear whether booster vaccinations will be needed
The duration of the protection afforded by vaccination has yet to be determined.It is known, however, that high antibody levels persist for at least five years and that immunological memory is created. Protection is required, however, for several decades. The possibility that re-vaccination will be needed in order to provide such prolonged protection cannot be excluded at the present time.”
It carries on
“Although the available data provide an incomplete picture of the effectiveness of HPV vaccination, they are sufficient to support the expectation of significant health benefit: vaccination leads to fewer infections and thus to a reduced incidence of the precursors of cervical cancer. We may therefore move on to the next criterion. Thus, this chapter of the report considers whether vaccination might have any adverse effects that offset the attainable health benefit.
Although the trials so far conducted have involved the administration of HPV vaccine to thousands of women (nearly 12,000 have been given Gardasil and more than 16,000 Cervarix), the numbers are small compared with those that would be involved in general vaccination. If vaccination were made available to all twelve-year-old girls in the Netherlands, that would mean treating roughly 100,000 young people a year. Certainty regarding the vaccine?s safety and insight into any rare side-effects that it might have are therefore very important.”
For me however, the hightlight of whole report and letter is in the Executive Summary at the beginning where it states quite clearly:-
“With regard to safety, the third assessment criterion, there is currently no reason to suppose that the vaccine has any adverse events that might preclude its inclusion in the NIP. Nevertheless, the possibility cannot be excluded that, if it were administered to large numbers of people, relatively uncommon adverse events might come to light in due course. This underlines the importance of careful monitoring following the introduction of this form of vaccination.”
I would particularly like to draw your attention to this phrase “relatively uncommon adverse events might come to light in due course” In other words the more they vaccinate the more likely it is that a serious adverse reaction will show up. That is really great news to all parents out there with children about to be vaccinated with Cervarix or Gardasil. Your children are part of a nationwide test but it is OK because if your child gets very bad reaction it will help determine the safety of the vaccine. I am sure that will be a great comfort to mothers of children like Ashleigh Cave who is still in hospital after a Cervarix vaccination. She has now been in hospital for 9 months, is just beginning to be able to put a very small amount of weight on her legs, cannot stand unaided and has recently lost bladder control at 13.
The news gets better for all you parents out there because Suzanne Garland who is the director of Microbiology and Infectious Diseases at the Royal Woman’s Hospital in Melbourne has decided she wants to include babies in the HPV vaccine trials. She is on the advisory boards for both rival companies Merck and Glaxo Smith Kline and has proposed to test cervical cancer vaccines in babies, with a view to adding the vaccine to the infant immunization program. This is according to The India Times in 2007
Suzanne Garland has a special interest in the management of herpes in the pregnant woman and the neonate. She is an adviser to World Health Organization in the area of sexually transmitted infection diagnosis and the prophylactic HPV vaccine Obs-Gyne Exhibition & Congress Speakers Tackle Cervical Cancer Vaccine Issues And Encourage Advocacy
So she has no real conflicts of interest there then, does she? Not only is she on both boards of advisers for Merck and GSK but she is an adviser to WHO! It appears that no matter who advises Governments on vaccinations whether it is WHO or the JCVI,the members have strong links and alliances to the pharmaceutical companies who manufacture the vaccines, therefore, how can the general public trust the people who tell us the vaccines are safe? As we have seen we are all just human Guinea Pigs to them, of course they are safe!

More “Obama Change” — for the worse!
I urge you to read the following article with the following thought in mind: “If this is the food “safety” situation BEFORE the possible passage of HR 2749, the bill that will destroy small farmers’ ability to continue to stay in the food producing business, implement Codex guidelines and regulations lock, stock and barrel in the US (remember, the Codex Chair is now Dr. Karen Hulebeck, who said, at the beginning of the first day of the recent Codex meeting that her boss was the Secretary of the USDA, making no pretext whatsoever to behave as if her loyalties were to Codex or to global food supplies), destroy organic standards AND allow the FDA to declare martial law, quarantine sectors of (or the entire) US and commandeer personal property while they do it, what will it be like in the US if this bill is passed?”
What will it be like? It will be like living in a food police state, the triumph of food fascism.
Think that is extreme? Consider the definition of “Fascism” from Benito Mussolini, a guy who knew a thing or two about fascism, after all. He defined fascism as the control of the State by – and for – the Corporations (a system called “corporatism” by Mussolini).
You have a chance, now, to create the roar of Push Back so loud that even the lobbyist-deafened Congress of the United States will hear it… and back off.
Will that solve the problem? No. The corporatist elite WILL be back, through another door. And we will push them back through that one, too! Eternal vigilance is the price of liberty.
Meanwhile, add your emails to the more than 528,585 emails already sent to Congress, the White House, the FDA and USDA to say NO! to HR 1049 and YES! to clean, safe, unadulterated food!

Monsanto’s man Taylor returns to FDA in food-czar role

In a Tuesday afternoon press release, the FDA announced that Michael Taylor, a former Monsanto executive, had joined the agency as “senior adviser to the commissioner.” If the title is vague, the portfolio (pasted from the press release) is substantial—a kind of food czar of the Food and Drug Administration:
• Assess current food program challenges and opportunities
• Identify capacity needs and regulatory priorities
• Develop plans for allocating fiscal year 2010 resources
• Develop the FDA’s budget request for fiscal year 2011
• Plan implementation of new food safety legislation
Taylor’s new position isn’t his first in government. He’s a veteran apparatchik who has made an art of the role-swapping dance between the food industry and the agencies that regulate it. (The FDA’s press release highlights his government service while delicately omitting his Monsanto dalliances.) In her 2002 book Food Politics, the nutritionist and food-industry critic Marion Nestle describes him like this (quote courtesy of La Vida Locavore):
Mr. Taylor is a lawyer who began his revolving door adventures as counsel to FDA. He then moved to King & Spalding, a private-sector law firm representing Monsanto, a leading agricultural biotechnology company. In 1991 he returned to the FDA as Deputy Commissioner for Policy, where he was part of the team that issued the agency’s decidedly industry-friendly policy on food biotechnology and that approved the use of Monsanto’s genetically engineered growth hormone in dairy cows. His questionable role in these decisions led to an investigation by the federal General Accounting Office, which eventually exonerated him of all conflict-of-interest charges. In 1994, Mr. Taylor moved to USDA to become administrator of its Food Safety and Inspection Service … After another stint in private legal practice with King & Spalding, Mr. Taylor again joined Monsanto as Vice President for Public Policy in 1998.
“Vice president for public policy” means, of course, chief lobbyist. Monsanto had hired him to keep his former colleagues at USDA and FDA, as well as Congress folk, up to date on the wonders of patent-protected seed biotechnology.
“Since 2000,” the FDA press release informs us, “Taylor has worked in academic and research settings on the challenges facing the nation’s food safety system and ways to address them.”
Watchdog in flack’s clothing?
And somewhere along the away, according to his erstwhile critic Nestle, Taylor had a moment like Saul’s on the road to Damascus: the one-time company man suddenly became a valorous industry watchdog. In a surprising blog post Tuesday, Nestle declared Taylor “a good pick” for the FDA. “I say this in full knowledge of his history,” Nestle wrote. Here’s her rationale:
Watch what happened when he moved to USDA in 1994 as head of its Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS). Just six weeks after taking the job, Mr. Taylor gave his first public speech to an annual convention of the American Meat Institute. There, he announced that USDA would now be driven by public health goals as much or more than by productivity concerns. The USDA would soon require science-based HACCP systems in every meat and poultry plant, would be testing raw ground beef, and would require contaminated meat to be destroyed or reprocessed. And because E. coli O157.H7 is infectious at very low doses, the USDA would consider any level of contamination of ground beef with these bacteria to be unsafe, adulterated, and subject to enforcement action. Whew. This took real courage.
Nestle goes on to report that Taylor, after serving a stint as Monsanto’s chief lobbyist, became a kind of food-safety intellectual, issuing wise papers on how the regulators should oversee food companies. She points us to an “excellent report” co-written by Taylor, released this year.
That paper must be read carefully: Given Taylor’s new status, it—along with new guidelines released by the White House Food Safety Working on Tuesday—will likely serve as a kind of blueprint for the Obama FDA food oversight.
Two things jump out immediately from Taylor’s paper. First, it amounts to a forceful push to shift much more of the burden for funding food-safety operations to the state and local level. Its very title is “An Agenda for Strengthening State and Local Roles in the Nation’s Food Safety System.” The paper promotes a “Joint Funding Responsibility” between federal and local/state agencies.
Why is this a problem? For one, state and local budgets are parched dry, drained by the most severe economic downturn since the Depression. Is, say, California now going to fund a robust food-safety platform—with IOUs, perhaps?
Moreover, we’ve seen the sort of federal-state partnership Taylor promotes in action—and there have been spectacular failures. Remember the great peanut-butter calamity of 2008-‘09, the one that killed at least seven people and sickened hundreds? In that case, the FDA had farmed out inspections of the offending factory to Georgia authorities, who dutifully documented atrocious sanitary lapses even as tainted product got distributed nationwide.
The other immediate problem with Taylor’s blueprint relates to scale. A sane food-safety policy would do two things: 1) rein in the gigantic companies that routinely endanger millions with a single lapse at a single plant—say, a gigantic beef company that can send out 420,000 pounds of E. coli-tainted beef from a day’s processing; and 2) do so in a way that doesn’t harm the thousands of small-scale, community-oriented operations rising up in new alternative food systems.
Again and again, we’ve seen regulations designed to rein in big players actually consolidate their market power by wiping out small players. As a recent Food & Water Watch report showed, regulations that make sense for industrial slaughterhouses can spell the end for community- and regional-scale ones. The Taylor report only addresses this critical point once in its 80 pages: “Due regard should be given to making the traceback requirement feasible for small businesses.” Clearly, the small-scale producer issue isn’t a priority for Monsanto’s man at FDA.
A technocrat’s tinkering
With the widely respected Marion Nestle throwing her support behind the Taylor pick, I went looking for other perspectives. I asked Patty Lovera, assistant director of Food & Water Watch, for her take. FWW has been actively working to promote a scale-appropriate food-safety regime that checks Big Food without crushing small producers.
Lovera does not share Nestle’s enthusiasm. “Taylor basically promotes a risk-based approach, and we don’t think that’s adequate,” she told me. Lovera explained that in a risk-based approach, regulators focus limited resources on areas of the food system that pose the most risk. Sounds logical, she said, but it’s proven difficult to predict where risk factors really lie. I asked her if the peanut-butter debacle was a good example. Who would have foreseen multiple deaths from a factory that produces peanut paste for processed food manufacturers? She concurred. She added that the USDA’s FSIS program, which oversees meat safety, has largely failed in a 10-year effort to identify the riskiest parts of the meat-production process.
Then there’s the emphasis on what Nestle praised in her blog post as “science-based HACCP systems.” HACCP stands for “hazard analysis and critical control point.” In an HACCP system, you identify the points in a process that pose the most risk and “fix” the problem.
“That approach is really geared to techno fixes,” Lovera told me—stuff like ammonia washes, irradiation, etc. These procedures don’t seek to, say, keep salmonella-tainted peanut butter out of cookies, but rather to make salmonella-exposed cookies safe to eat. Moreover, the HACCP approach “hasn’t proven friendly to small producers,” she adds. To see the Obama FDA appear to embrace it, she told me, “makes us cringe.” In the end, the food safety system doesn’t just need to tinker with the use of scarce resources, leveraged by increasing the burden on states and localities. It needs to devote more resources to actual inspections.
As for Taylor, here’s my take: Despite massive marketing budgets, the food industry has become widely distrusted over the last several years, with high-profile outbreaks a major reason. “Consumers are increasingly wary of the safety of food purchased at grocery stores,” declares a recent study. “And their confidence in—and trust of—food retailers, manufacturers and grocers is declining.”
The industry knows it needs an improved safety system; technocrats like Taylor can deliver a marginally improved food safety system while preserving profit margins and market share.
Perhaps the FDA’s new food czar can save some lives—I hope he does. It’s abominable when people die from eating pre-fab peanut butter cookie or salad from a bag. Taylor’s tinkerings could well reduce such disasters.
But what we really need is a food safety system that takes the shit out of industrial meat and the salmonella out of peanut butter, without dumping on small producers. And I don’t think Taylor will deliver that—or even try.

However, the basis of the information that I am about to share with you comes from decades of experience engaged in real-world, real-time intelligence collection and analysis. 1. An “informal” [e.g., illegal] clinical trial of the Avian Flu vaccine on about 200 Polish vagrants resulted in 11 immediate deaths and an additional set of 20 later deaths (approximately 15% of the test population). The doctors and nurses involved were charged with murder. (Fact. 2008)
2. Approximately 3500 Chinese children died in an Avian Flu vaccine experiment. (Rumor, 2008)
3. The Philippine High Court convicted WHO (The World Health Organization) of involuntarily sterilizing over 3 million Philippina women through the use of vaccines. (Fact)
4. The WHO in 1985 documented that one of its’ primary goals for the use of a sterility vaccine disguised as a smallpox vaccine was to “eliminate 150 million excess Sub Saharan Africans”. (Fact, 1985-ongoing)
5. The WHO 5-shot vaccine programs for tetanus in third world countries in South and Central America caused the involuntary sterilization of millions of women. (Fact, ongoing)
6. Monsanto’s MON 810 corn causes sterility according to studies published by the Austrian Government. (Fact, 2009)
7. Monsanto’s MON 810 corn contains the Cauliflower Mosaic Virus which, when ingested, lowers the bodies CD 4 cells to a point which, on immune tests, indicate that a person has HIV/AIDS. The lowered CD 4 cells results from eating GMO corn, the staple of the diet in many parts of Black Africa. MON 810 is grown in Europe for animal feed and in many places, including the US, around the world for human food. (Fact, ongoing)
8. Merck’s Gardasil vaccine causes death, collapse and chronic illness in young woman and girls, including a new, never-before described “disease” called Juvenile ALS, a fatal condition in which the nervous system is slowly destroyed while consciousness remains unimpaired. This vaccine increases cervical cancer by 44.7% in women and girls who already have Human Papilloma Virus. Cervical Cancer is easily detected and cured in early stages and is not a major killer of women. Gardasil contains substances which may cause sterility in women receiving it and any protection lasts only a few years, so 9 year olds will probably not be sexually active by the time this protection has worn off. 9. Baxter International Inc. was in the process of applying for a contract to provide Avian Flu vaccines to European countries in the event of an Avian Flu epidemic. Its Austrian laboratory shipped Seasonal Flu vaccines to 18 countries in Europe. A laboratory technician tested the Baxter Seasonal Flu vaccines sent to the Czech Republic and discovered that they were contaminated with a highly pathogenic version of the Avian Flu, 72 Kilograms of it, although Level 3 precautions were in place and such contamination “could not have happened accidentally” according to experts in the field. No documentation of the destruction of this highly infective material has been provided although the Austrian Health Ministry insists that the deadly viral material was destroyed. (Fact, 2008, 2009)
10. A WHO investigation into the Baxter contaminated vaccine issue resulted in NO findings and in NO disciplinary actions. An Austrian investigation into the same events yielded the same results. (Fact, 2009)
11. Baxter has been rewarded with a lead role in developing, producing and disseminating the Swine Flu vaccine for the upcoming pandemic. (Fact, 2009)
12. Swine Flu was first identified to the public as a serious problem in April/May 2009 when 168 persons in Mexico were confirmed by CDC and WHO to have died from the Swine Flu. This number was later revised downward to only 16 deaths. (Fact, 2009)
13. It normally takes a minimum of 12 to 18 months to create a vaccine after a specific virus has been identified. (Fact)
14. The US Government has spent more than a billion dollars to develop and to make available the Swine flu vaccine for a disease which poses no significant health threat. (Fact, 2009)
15. The “Seed Culture” for the Swine Flu virus was provided to vaccine companies in May, 2009. Baxter International Inc. announced in June, 2009 that they would have their vaccine ready in July, 2009 . (Fact, 2009)
16. A WHO container of Swine Flu virus from Mexico City exploded on a passenger train in Luzon, Switzerland. All of the current Swiss cases of Swine Flu are from the area where the explosion took place. It is illegal to ship pathogenic viruses in this way. (Fact, 2009)
17. A significant number of virologists and other scientists are on record stating that the Swine Flu was created in a laboratory and could not evolve naturally. (Fact, 2009)

5. The United States, Norway, Sweden, Austria and other countries have announced that in case of a Swine Flu pandemic all health and security authority shall revert to teams and command centers run by the WHO. (Fact, 2009)

Apparently, the Natural Solutions Foundation’s enthusiastic Push Back – YOUR enthusiastic Push Back – is giving us the purchase we need to have legislation to permit self-shielding AND protection from Codex considered by a significant Congressman.
And our Push Back may even be impacting the plans of those who control Congress. In order to get HR 2749 out of committee, the sponsors had to allow an exemption into the bill — breaching their hard line position that all food producers were to be treated like industrialized Agrabiz. That exemption covers any “food (i) produced on a farm; and (ii) sold …directly to a consumer or restaurant.” While it is not as strong as we’d advise (actually, we advise that the bill be defeated!) we were the first to call for explicit protective language for family farms, natural, organic, home, etc. food production and processing — and your Push Back made this exemption possible! The bill must still be defeated, but along the way, we want to see the exemptions strengthened!
NOW is the time to pour on the Push Back heat. Now, when every member of Congress and State Legislature is aware of these issues. Now, while the horrifying FDA-Can-Declare-Martial-Law-And-Seize-Your-Property HR 2749 is being treated as if it were not controversial, now, while the phony “Swine Flu” is on everyone’s lips (even under their masks!), NOW is the moment when our Push Back, coupled with helping every single person you know to take similar action, can have the greatest impact.
Self-Shielding is Your Right!
You know that Health and Health Freedom are under multiple attacks, rather like a castle being attacked by infantry swarming over the walls, catapults slamming into the towers, corpses dumped into the wells to poison the water and flaming arrows arcing high over the walls to land in the thatch roofs of the homes within the walls.
Under Common Law, which the Constitution of these United States says is to be respected, your Home IS your Castle and you are inviolate within it. Both the UN Declaration of Universal Rights and the Geneva Conventions agree. But, just as so many other protections and strong walls of freedom are being breached, so your home is about to be breached. Under current legislation, there will be no vaccine exemptions for any reason. You will either take the vaccine, weaponized and dangerous as it is, or you run the very real risk of relocation, incarceration, isolation, quarantine and God knows what else. One thing for sure, a vaccine refuser will be viewed as somehow disloyal and there is no reason to think the food, conditions or treatment will support your health!
Like a prophet running around in rags inside the castle being breached sobbing, “Repent ye, repent ye”, there are well-meaning people propagating petitions to refuse vaccines which have the right sentiment, but no political impact whatsoever. There are well meaning people telling you that because 48 States have vaccine exemption options, the “Pandemic Emergency”vaccination will, too. They are governed by different laws and we believe that there will be no exemptions for them.
Taken together with the fact that virtually every country of which we are aware is either ordering 2 shots of the untested, unsafe and unnecessary Swine Flu vaccine from some vaccine company or other (and there are apparently 89 different Swine Flu vaccine trials running at the moment!) the race is on to corral us all into either a vaccination line or a relocation line.
These are the vaccines that the FDA wants you to believe are, along with Tamiflu and its cousin Relenza, the ONLY ways to protect and treat Swine Flu. You remember that I told you in one of my earlier reports that we are no longer permitted to discuss Nano silver in this light, so we are not discussing it in that light. But I want you to know that I find that Nano silver, www.Nutronix.com/naturalsolutions
, is the finest universal nutrient immune system support that I know and has no known toxicity in any person of any age or health condition. I trust it implicitly and believe that having a store of it for my own use and that of those that I love is very important.
CHILDREN FIRST!
Make no mistake: Health Canada, the US and Scotland have said that children will be first. I personally am concerned that the White House-directed $714M GPS marking of every door in America (with a list of who lives behind that door) plus the phone calls that we are told were received many homes over the last months asking how many unvaccinated children live in the home may mean that YOU might be able to refuse vaccination and accept the consequences, but children will not be permitted to have their vaccination refused by parents and they may be either mandatorily vaccinated in public schools OR removed from the home if their parents refuse.
The fact is, governments are getting ready to turn over their health, police and other powers to the WHO/UN (aka “the New World Order”) now that their PPP (Planned Pandemic Pretext) is being activated. Jane Burgermeister, the courageous journalist who has filed criminal charges over what she says is genocidal intent by drug companies and governments reports:
US: F.E.M.A. is planning nationwide terrorism drills in the United States set to begin on July 27th, 2009…. [9/11, 7/7, the Madrid Bombings and other disasters have all occurred during virtually nearly identical “exercises” involving those responders and troops who would otherwise focus on an event of their magnitude and suddenness – REL]
In the event of a pandemic declaration, WHO will coordinate the activities of Homeland Security and FEMA from a special pandemic control room linked to supercomputers of the UN security forces which appear set to be the the nerve center for any operation to transport large numbers of Americans by rail or road to the FEMA camps or [to or – REL] from special quarantine centers [to be – REL] set up at 19 airports.
Any systematic and sustained disruption to the operation of the WHO pandemic control room, of Homeland Security and FEMA headquarters or of the logistics of its units, of railways or other transport infrastructure leading to FEMA camps would be a severe blow to any covert mission to mass murder Americans and leave the country to be occupied by foreign troops under the direction of WHO and the UN. [This suggests the possibility of a false flag event during a Pandemic Emergency situation. We have no information to suggest any such event, but we are mindful of the implications of such an event – REL]
SWEDEN: Sweden has ordered two doses of Swine Flu Vaccine per person (18 million). The Swedish authority that deals with disease control says on their website that in case of a pandemic there will be “cooperation” with the EU and WHO. AUSTRIA: Under Austria’s Influenza Pandemic Plan of 2005, WHO and the EU are set to take charge of Austria via a special crisis management team (SKKM) to be set up in the Federal Ministry of Interior in the event of a “pandemic” emergency. Inoculating the entire Austrian population with (Baxter) shots is a declared objective of the SKKM.
