COMMENT: We citizens need to maintain and vigorously defend our freedom to chose herbal and other alternative health regimes that we believe will best serve us. We need to break the link between health and corporate profit.

(DSHEA) and currently threatened by both the Codex position on health claims

COMMENT: This administration has a terrible record of letting corporate-based political viewpoints skew scientific research, including that regarding health and environmental matters. I see those same corporate interests at work in both the McCain and Obama campaigns, but not to the same degree. It is imperative that honest science be engaged by honest scientists with no encumbrances from corporate influences.

c. Do you support HR 2117, “The Health Freedom Protection Act,” introduced
by Congressman Ron Paul MD, that would mandate FDA approval of dietary
supplement health claims for which scientific evidence exists?

COMMENT: Furthermore, it is long overdue to have a thorough re-evaluation of the role and function of the FDA, which has on occasion abused its power by harassing alternative medicine practitioners without cause. One vital question is: “Why are foods and drugs subsumed in one agency?” Why not let the matter of food safety and quality be handled by one agency, and the matter of regulation over safety and efficacy of drugs be handled by another agency? That would be my preference. The burden of proof of both safety and efficacy ought to be on the manufacturer, based strictly on honest science. Foods and herbs used by people for centuries ought to be presumed safe unless shown otherwise. Invented drugs, however, should have to pass rigorous independent testing, with any contra-indications specified.

2. National Policy Regarding Labeling Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs).

The FDA takes the position that GMO products are deemed safe without testing,
following a 1992 Executive Order to that effect and therefore holds that there
is no reason to required truthful GMO labeling and that “GMO Free” labels
will not be allowed. According to a New York Times / CBS poll in June 2008,
87% of Americans want GMO labeling and over fifty percent do not want to buy

and make all such labeling mandatory?

COMMENT: Absolutely I would give this directive. Moreover, I would overrule that Executive Order along with many others which have intruded deeply into American citizens’ liberties in a wide range of areas, and which I would regard as fully unconstitutional.

b. Do you support Congressman Kuchinich’s bill, HR 6636, “The Genetically
Engineered Food Right To Know Act,” That would require mandatory labeling of
all foods that contain or are produced with GM material?

following a 1992 executive order to that effect and is prohibited from

4. National Vaccination Policy: No Forced Vaccination

We do not believe that mandating the uninsurable risk of vaccination is ever
justified, that it violates constitutionally guaranteed rights and we support
the broadest medical, religious and philosophical exemptions from all mandated
drugging.

a. As President, will you stop all federal funding for mandated vaccinations
imposed on American families and will you stop all federal funding to states
which impose such forced drugging and vaccinations on the people in their
jurisdiction?

COMMENT: This is a multi-sided and complex question, not subject to a simple “yes” or “no”. On principle, I do not support mandated vaccinations, recognizing that people have individual medical histories and that fatalities or deformations resulting from mandated vaccinations are unacceptable. To suspend “all federal funding” to states that have ruled otherwise is too broad a response. On the other hand, rampant spread of infectious diseases has to be a major concern for a president. I would carefully examine the scientific evidence and any impingement on civil liberties before making such a determination. My inclination is to use the persuasive power of the presidency, rather than mandated measures.

We are deeply concerned that the states have been induced by the Federal CDC
to pass legislation which we believe is both ill-advised and unconstitutional
which forces citizens to submit to medical procedures which they may not agree
with or accept on pain of felony charges and penalties, or loss of access to
government schools or other government activities.

b. As President will you refuse to implement those presidential emergency
actions necessary to impose the emergency medical powers acts passed by nearly
all states, which make refusing mandatory vaccination or drugging a felony act
once the governor of a state has declared a pandemic to be in effect?

COMMENT: Again, I can’t say unequivocally how I would govern during an epidemic, but I would agree that making a felony out of refusing often dubious allegations about a vaccine would be “off the table.” I might consider a policy of voluntary quarantine of those refusing as an alternative, to avoid inadvertent spread of an infectious disease. People should not be forced to undergo medical procedures against their will.

5. National Policy Regarding Pandemic Flu Preparations

We are concerned that the current pandemic flu preparations may actually bring
about the very pandemic we all seek to avoid.

a. Will you appoint a blue ribbon committee including at least equal numbers
of physicians who oppose the use of weaponized vaccinations and anti-virals to
review all current federally funded pandemic influenza research, ensuring that
it does not (like the Federal anthrax program) become the source of the
disease it is alleged to be established to prevent, study the serious
possibility that the avian Flu is non-pathogenic in its natural form and may
have been turned into a serious disease-producing virus in laboratories, and
release your committee’s findings openly and transparently to the American

While this seems like an excellent endeavor and a fair project, we do not
support the federal government being involved in research or supervision or
regulation of any sort in the health industry. We would encourage private

Andrew Davis, Barr’s media representative discussed the Health Freedom issue with NSF Trustee Ralph Fucetola. He apologized for being unable to respond to the questionnaire in a timely fashion and urged us to let our supporters know that former Congressman Barr has a strong record of support for privacy and healthcare freedom of choice. He is opposed to mandated vaccinations and apparently agrees generally that the FDA is a failed agency. While a member of Congress he supported Dr. Ron Paul’s health freedom initiatives.

‘No Forced Vaccine’ Message to NJ

New Jersey is the most vaccinated state in the US. It is also the home to Big Pharma giants like Merck, Johnson and Johnson, Abbot Laboratories, Bristol Myers Squib and more than 60 others. The relationship is hard to miss.

New Jersey became the first state in the Union to mandate annual flu vaccines for every child in the state from 6 months to 18 years and to state publicly that it would make religious and medical exemptions as hard to get as it could. In fact, a fully vaccinated girl in NJ has had 78 vaccines by the age of 15 (75 for boys).

New Jersey bears the shame of being the first state to send out the vaccine police: inspectors who check the records of every preschool child in the state enrolled in a pre school (although they are private) and levy fines of $500 per day per child who is not fully vaccinated.

It is the first state to attempt to pass legislation which would require home schooled children to be vaccinated according to a schedule approved by the Superintendent of Schools (NOT the child’s parents or doctor!) in the child’s home district or have the “privilege” of being home schooled revoked by the district.

New Jersey is clearly not on the same planet as health freedom since a basic definition of that term is the capacity and right to decide what happens to your own body, what goes into it and what you do to it for treatment and prevention of illness.

Michael Pollan is a writer of prodigious intellect and intellegence. His book, “The Omnivore’s Dilemna ” is surely one of the best books I have ever read and although I know quite a bit about food, I learned a great deal more and had a – excuse the phrase – delicious time consuming the book.

Pollan is thoughtful and deeply insightful. He has written an article of great importance to the next president of the United States suggesting that unless he pays close attention to food policy, the United States is vulnerable and cannot be protected.

We are still due for the inevitable pandemic – http://tinyurl.com/6ogd2q – so we have to make plans, control the citizenry, kill outdoor flocks (the kind that people have raised for millennia and that a recent Johns Hopkins study shows have the lowest likelihood of developing H5N1 infections) and replace them with factory farms (the kind that multinational corporations have been making huge profits on and degrading the food supply with for decades, the kind that have the highest likelihood of developing H5N1 infections). It is worth noting, of course, that backyard flocks have NEVER developed the H5N1 strain of Avian Flu. It is the factory farmed flocks, which HAVE BEEN VACCINATED AGAINST THE H5N1 STRAIN OF AVIAN FLU WHICH DEVELOP THE DISEASE. If you think there might be a parallel there for human health, you are right, by the way.

Don’t think for a moment, says the UN, that you are out of the woods! Nope! We need more vaccines which are the ‘first line of defense’ against a disease which supposedly does not even exist yet.

Never mind that you simply cannot make a vaccine against something which does not exist, and never mind that the CDC and WHO, who sit down to guess what the viral threat will be next October each March, literally guess wrong more years than they guess right about what virus they should make the flu vaccine against for next season’s “seasonal flu vaccine”. What they waste that way is time, money and the collective and individual immune system capacity of the people whom they coerce or bamboozle into a accepting their toxic jabs.

And never mind that people who get those seasonal flu shots not only get the flu and give it to others since live viruses (like those contained in Flu Mist) are still infective and shed for up to 3 months to other people, like babies and pregnant moms and people on steroids and people who have had transplants and people who have cancer and the very young and the elderly (for example). All of these groups of folks can get the disease from contact with a person who has had the shot or the nasal inoculation! Never mind that yearly flu shots, with their load of

• Aluminum hydroxide
• Mercury (even in “mercury-free” shots)
• Formaldehyde
• Fluoride
• Stealth viruses
• Polysorbate 80 – associated with infertility
• MSG
• Aspartame
• Stray bits of DNA from the culture medium (which can be eggs, human cells or aborted fetal tissue, for example) contain viruses associated with cancer, including leukemia.

Vaccines are good business for the only “stake holder” that the government seems to consider: Big Pharma.

Never mind that recent studies showed that people who had five consecutive influenza vaccinations between the years 1970 and 1980 were ten times more likely to develop Alzheimer’s than were individuals who had none, one or two.

New “blockbuster’ drugs are in precious short supply in the pipeline that produces the wildly lucrative patented chemicals (e.g., “drugs”) which make Big Pharma so much money. Even though manufacturers cut costs by using plants in places like China, “employing”, it is reported, slave labor (which works pretty cheaply) and questionable quality controls, and are now immune from costly liability suits. Still, the profits are simply not on the horizon from block buster new drugs the way they once were. So Big Pharma has turned to Big Vaccine to pull it out of the anticipated hole$ it $ee$ ahead.

Thus
• The hype about vaccines being the first line of defense against bioterrorism and being necessary for herd immunity for diseases that do not yet exist.

• The declaration on October 1, 2008 by President Bush of a state of national emergency over Anthrax – https://staging.drrimatruthreports.com/?p=1257 – so that anthrax vaccine makers can get an extra measure of immunity from liability for the damage their product does since they are even more fully protected against damages when a state of emergency has been declared. By the way, it is my understanding that the government could now, if it decided to do so, order every man, woman and child in the US to have an anthrax vaccine under this state of emergency.

Anthrax? Is Anthrax a Threat?

Not so’s you’d notice. But litigation might be, what with the recent decision of a Georgia court to allow parents to sue both the doctor and the company who made the vaccine that the doctor administered to the child for damages to their child. Vaccination is, you will recall, an unisurable risk meaning that no insurance company is willing to bet on the safety of the “treatment” which governments increasingly want to compel military and civilians alike to accept into their bodies.

And thus the State Medical Emergency Powers Acts which say that if the Governor declares a state of Medical Emergency, pandemic or otherwise, refusing treatment, such as, say, a vaccine, would be a felony offense. People are imprisoned for felony offenses.

How handy to have more than 630 detention centers to take care of all the anticipated felons and add them to the largest per capita (and actual) prison population on the planet in our privatized prison system! Empty and manned, there they sit, just waiting for you to refuse to allow God-Knows-What into your body and those of your children. Have they been privatized, too? Do the same multinational corporations who run US prisons run them, too? Would that explain the reported foreign troops (German, Chinese, Belgian) allegedly stationed at these centers with nothing to do and no one to imprison? Are they, in fact, mercenaries waiting to do the bidding of their employers?

So we really do have to stop this vaccination threat NOW, before we can no longer stop it. And you are the critical player: the voice of people, en masse, really does push back the other side IF we use it. How About Something Light and Refreshing? Perhaps a Party in Panama?

As you know, General Bert and I are currently spending full time in the Highlands of Panama laying the foundation for the Valley of the Moon (TM) Eco Demonstration project. The roads here vary from perfectly paved, smooth and modern to atrocious. There is no way, for example, to get to the house we are renting without driving over a short stretch of awful road which can only be navigated by a regular car at about 3 miles per hour – and that is hazardous to the undercarriage of the vehicle.

So we needed a 4 wheel drive, high chassis car to get around, see the sites we are looking at, and generally survive the parts of the Panamanian road system that is not perfect. We were recommended to a car dealer and a dealership and off we went. Every time we visited Oscar Hernandez at Ricardo Perez in the provincial capital of David, the big, bright and very clean dealership was either having a fiesta or getting ready to have one.

Big, lavish ‘do’s’ with food and music and drinks and flowers.

We finally concluded our 4 wheel drive purchase on Thursday last week. Oscar implored us to come back to David on Friday because the dealership was having another party, but this time, it was going to have typical Panamanian dancing, music and food. Well, we could not resist and, indeed, it was delightful.

At the end, as often happens at these events, the dancers in the troupe fanned out and brought people in the audience back in to dance with them. When a dancer approached me (the best male dancer in the troupe, by the way), I did not even consider saying “NO!”. I was up in a second and if you click on some of the videos, you can see me there. Unfortunately, I do not have a Polera dress. Maybe I will next time!

About Those Detox Pads…

A number of people wrote to me recently to question the sale of Detox Pads since another physician on the internet said that they were a scam. While I respect the other doctor and his work, I do not agree on his assessment of this particular item. I have had good clinical and personal experiences with these detox tools and have done a little experimentation of my own with them because I was quite skeptical about their function when I first encountered them.

The first time I used them, I put the pads on the soles of my feet as instructed and noted the change in color and consistency in the pads in the morning. The next time I applied them, I put them on the soles of my feet and the inside of my forearm to see if contact with skin or moisture alone would bring about the same results. In the morning, the pads applied to my feet were gooey and brown/green (UGH!) while the ones applied to my forearms were unchanged.

Coupled with the change in my physical state after using the pads, I decided to recommend them to some very toxic patients. Each of the people who used them reported that they experienced a positive change after the use of the pads, although sometimes several applications were necessary to feel that improvement.

I have no idea why these things work. I also have no idea whether the other physician used the same Detox Pads which we make available here on our site. What I do know is that my information testing, my personal experience and the experience of my patients led me to conclude that these items are worth having in my took kit of things that will help detoxification with good clinical results. Otherwise, you may rest assured that we would not offer them for sale!
