The Natural solutions Foundation Trustees are pleased to announce the establishment of the “Fund for Natural Solutions — Clean, Green & Meaningful Investments”, an investment vehicle domiciled in the Republic of Panama which supports ecologically sound, Responsible Development Programs chosen by the Trustees with the advise and oversight of the Fund’s Board of Advisers, chaired by Larry Deckerhoff, MIM. The Board is an international team of seasoned fund managers, investment and financial advisers, strategists and sustainable development experts. Part of the Fund (Part A) will be invested by the professional fund management in approved green investments and the other portion (Part B) will be invested through the Foundation in longer-term projects and Joint Ventures which are expected to become self-sustaining. The Fund management will seek to generate sufficient return on the Part A investments to meet the obligations of the Fund.

The Fund invites the participation of institutional investors seeking to diversify their portfolios to include sustainable, economically viable NGO Green Projects. We call this investment strategy, “Doing Good While Doing Well.” The Mission of the Natural Solutions Foundation is to “discover, develop, document, demonstrate and disseminate natural solutions to pressing issues of world-wide concern, achieving and maintaining a healthy self, community and world”. The Fund’s activities and Projects will further that Mission
The overall Fund Objective is to establish a self-sustaining national, regional and global training system to reclaim the production of clean, unadulterated food and natural health strategies, through a series of self-sustaining Joint Ventures which provide a reasonable Return on Investment (ROI) for the Fund.
As an example, the Valley of the Moon Eco Demonstration Project currently underway in Panama, consists of several Phases:
Phase I: The acquisition of the initial agricultural property to demonstrate natural solutions; this was accomplished with the purchase and rehabilitation of the 20+ hectare Coffee Finca (farm), with its 20 acres of all natural coffee that is expected to contribute about 30,000 thousand bags of coffee in 2012 to the Foundation’s annual fund raising program. in exchange for a per-bag donation of $25 (the Coffee Finca is paid for the coffee at market); this phase continues with the development of the site as a tourist attraction and multi-use agricultural test station and seed propagation station. Sustainable chemical free agriculture methods are being disseminated from the vantage point of this working (and income-producing) coffee plantation.
Phase II: The acquisition and development of the 2+ acre Headquarters Finca (farm) in Volcan, with its 4 teaching greenhouses, headquarters buildings and the Valley of the Moon Natural Solutions Center facility housing administration, the Valley of the Moon BeyondOrganic™ Internet café and Restaurant, teaching kitchen, seminar facility and the Natural Solutions Center (aka “Dr. Rima Institute”) providing advanced natural healthcare under the oversight of a licensed Panamanian Physician.
Phase III: The acquisition and development of a 250 – 1,000 acre main community site and development of subsidiary teaching facilities at different altitudes and climactic conditions to allow BeyondOrganic™, BioDynamic agricultural instruction for food producers from around the world, a major natural medical center for medical tourism, a government-approved orphanage, restaurants, a performing arts center, condominiums, hotel, seminar center and private homes.
Phase III includes the development of agricultural programs for transition from chemical to chemical-free agriculture, the development of markets both inside Panama and external to it for this high-quality food, the sale of products which support and sustain clean farming, healthcare and food consumption and seminars, training programs, medical tourism and similar activities in country.
Phase IV: Development of additional, sustainable ventures that further our Mission. The first among these is the purchase of a controlling interest in a Compounding Pharmacy in Central America. Other projects are planned in various parts of Panama and elsewhere.
Fund for Natural Solutions
The Panama Foundation has established a Fund for Natural Solutions through our Panamanian corporation, Natural Solutions Corporation of Panama and the Natural Solutions Foundation of Panama, as a Private Investment Fund, to support these and related activities both inside and outside of Panama, while providing a “safe haven” for institutional, trust, retirement (IRA, 401k, etc.), church, nonprofit or other funds, which may be considered for expatriation. The minimum institutional investment is $100,000 for 3 years.
The Fund will bear 5% simple interest payable annually. Insofar as the institutional investor forgoes other investment opportunities to participate in the NSF Fund, our United States tax-exempt Foundation, in cooperation with the Panama Foundation, will issue an appropriate tax-deductible receipt for any income differential (extent of such receipt subject to individual circumstances and applicable law).

Fund for Natural Solutions
Based on advice from Natural Solutions Foundation’s Director of International Development, professional, seasoned, fund management and supporters of the Foundation’s expressive association activities, the Panama Foundation has established a Fund for Natural Solutions — Clean, Green & Meaningful Investments — through our Panamanian corporation, Natural Solutions Corp., to support these and related activities, while providing a “safe haven” for IRA, 401, trust, retirement, church or other funds, which may be considered for expatriation.

In addition, current supporters of the Foundation will receive a 6% bonus for any funds they bring into the system for the first 90 days after the Form D is filed. Minimum continuing participation for Natural Solutions Foundation supporters is $500 per month. Minimum lump sum participation is $10,000. A Fund Unit is therefore $10,000. There is no maximum participation level. The participation is guaranteed by a Bond issued by our Panama Corporation.

FAQs – The Valley of the Moon and the Fund
Q: What do the Valley of the Moon Eco Demonstration Project and the green Fund have in common?
A: A great deal and very little.
Let me explain.
Valley of the Moon Eco Demonstration Project, www.NaturalSolutionsFoundation.org, was conceived as a project to reclaim the production of clean, unadulterated food on a world-wide basis. Later on in this article I will tell you how it came about. But it is only one project of many around the world – we already have two agricultural projects in Benin, Africa, testing a leading edge technology to improve crops without any chemicals or toxic inputs, for example. We lead the battle to educate decision makers, creating massive push back that works. We fight the Codex battle, the food fascism battle in the US, fend off mandatory vaccination, etc., etc.
But there is SO much more to do. The choke point is not know-how, enthusiasm or skill. The choke point is funding. Pure and simple, the other side has more money than God because their friends print it for them and steal it from you.
We, on the other hand, are severely limited by the funds we have available.
So, when professional advisers talked with us and proposed a dedicated Fund to allow us to do all of our projects around the world, INCLUDING the Valley of the Moon Eco Demonstration Project, we considered the option and said “Yes!”.
NSF Fund was born at that moment.
Here’s how it works:
You decide you want to support the work of the Natural Solutions Foundation and you make funds available to us in one of two ways:
You specify that the Valley of the Moon Project is the project you want your funds to go and you, in return, receive a Beneficial Interest Certificate (BIC) giving you the rights and privileges associated with it which includes the right to build and own a house on the project and other rights as well.
Or you decide to place your money in the green Fund without specifying that it is designated for that project and it will be placed in a 3 year bond, insured and used to pay you your interest and available to you at the end of the three years to either reinvest or to withdraw.
It is as simple as that.
As we select other worthy projects, you will be able to specify them for your investment to be used.

Now, for the story of the inception of the Valley of the Moon Eco Demonstration Project:
When General Bert and I were traveling throughout Africa and Asia, visiting the Ministers of Agriculture and Health and the Presidents, etc., of potentially health-friendly countries, they saw first hand the loss of clean agriculture and, hence, the loss of clean food. But they realized that the basic loss was not this year’s crop or the next. The most impactful, and dreadful, loss was the accumulated eons of knowledge, handed, like heirloom seeds, from generation to generation.
They saw, and understood the impact of, the devastation to humanity’s ability to feed itself and survive through the loss of the farming techniques that synthetic fertilizer and nearly unimaginable amounts of agro-chemicals was going to have on us all. Add to that the GMO devastation as the entire biosphere is forever poisoned and the loss becomes not only cataclysmic, but irreversible.
So, somewhere above the middle of Africa on a wobbly and shabby airplane, they turned to one another and said, “Someone needs to create an eco demonstration project to reclaim the production of clean food on a global basis!” They agreed.
And then, in talking excitedly about that emerging reality, they realized that the community would, could, should and MUST be a model of health for world wide dissemination in health, freedom, agriculture, commerce, relationships and everything else that makes a healthy life.
Over the course of the next several years the Trustees of the Natural Solutions Foundation searched for the optimal site and hones their plans. Panama! Panama, they said! For all the reasons that we have discussed so often, we elected to settle our “mother ship” in the beautiful, bountiful, temperate highlands of what we believe to be the best country in the world for this local, regional, national, global effort to empower and support real health and health freedom. Out of that, the carefully phased program of the Valley of the Moon Eco Demonstration Project, www.NaturalSolutionsFoundation.org, was born. We are physically in Phase II, www.MyValleyoftheMoon.org, and moving rapidly to Phase III.
So, without our knowing it at the time, Valley of the Moon Eco Demonstration Project became the first in our family of Fund Projects.
Now you are invited to become involved in the most innovative financial structure health freedom ever built for itself.
Is this right for you? You will have to decide that. Is it right for health freedom? Absolutely!
People who believe in that project, want to shelter their funds while they can expatriate them legally without paying a 30% excise tax, are intent on putting their IRA or other funds to work for what they believe in are welcome to either support, or participate in that project. There will be houses on long-term leased land (you own the houses, the Foundation owns the land), an extensive natural medical center, restaurants, a hotel and seminar center, magnificent land for recreation of many types (alas, no skiing!), a performing arts center and many, many joint ventures to bring about what we believe in: health, freedom and dissemination.

But a few months ago, something wonderful happened that has resulted in the NSF Green Fund being born.
We were serving some folks dinner in our marvelous Valley of the Moon BeyondOrganic™ Restaurant and Cafe.
“What do you do?” they asked. We love to talk about what we do and why, so we told them with great pleasure.
“Tell me more.”, said one of the diners. We did. “And more yet, please” said he. And, of course, we deepened the conversation into a meaningful discussion of who we are, what we are doing and why.
“You need a Fund”, he said, “A professionally managed Fund”, he said. “We certainly do.” we said. “Do you know where we can buy one on the internet?” [joke]
Well, it turned out that our visitor is a retired 25 year veteran of creating and managing Funds for a private Swiss Bank. (We checked him out: he really is!)
Based in Panama City for reasons having nothing at all, he thought, with what we are now absorbed by, the NSF Green Fund, www.NSFGreenFund.org he proposed to the Board that he create a professionally managed investment fund which would do several things at once:
1. It will fund the Natural Solutions Foundation, its projects, joint ventures and other activities around the globe. The Trustees of the Foundation, assisted by our advisers and participants, make the decisions about where that money goes, and under what conditions just as they do now. No board, no overseer, no other person makes those decisions so the mission of the Foundation is supported, not diluted!
2. It will provide a meaningful investment opportunity for people who want their money to work for them, primarily out of the USA, and for the right kind of changes.
The funds which are invested will be placed in a 3 year bond, insured and will bear interest. The Fund funds will be invested only in vehicles which meet two criteria: first, they are socially responsible and not companies which are part of the “Uber Cartel” against which the forces of health freedom continually strive. Second, they will be placed in only Standard and Poors and Moody’s top rated companies which meet requirement number 1.
3. The fund will accessible not only to high net worth people, but to people of modest means as well, with special premiums and support for supporters of the Natural Solutions Foundation. What that means is:
a. Anyone who invests in the NSF Green Fund through the Natural Solutions Foundation will receive a “thank you” in the form of a 6% bonus so their investment will instantly be worth 6% more than they put in to the Fund.
b. Anyone who is invested and brings additional investment receives another premium of 2% of the invested money, adding to the worth of their investment.
c. Natural Solutions Foundation people ONLY may invest a minimum of $500 per month. They will receive the 6% bonus. Larger investments are, of course, welcome. Lump sum investments of funds, IRAs, etc., ordinarily have a minimum $100,000. But for Natural Solutions Foundation supporters, the minimum lump sum investment is $10,000.
Q: Can a person be both a participant in the Valley of the Moon Eco Demonstration Project community and invest in the NSF Green Fund?
A: Of course! But you can participate in either one without participating in the other. They are related, but not the same.
About IRAs: the window of opportunity to make your own decisions about your retirement funds (or much of anything else, apparently) is, we believe, closing. There are plans afoot, unthinkable just a few years ago, to nationalize your retirement funds and turn them into an annuity, to “protect” you, of course, only to protect you… Then there is the FATCA law which, starting January 1, 2012, imposes a 30% withholding tax on overseas transfers of money to financial and other entities, unless those entities agree in writing with IRS to “share information.”
If that happens, you will not have a self directed IRA or other plan any longer. No, instead you will have an “annuity” giving you 3% for your years of hard work. The annuity, you will be secure in knowing, is backed by the full faith and credit of …. The US Treasury!
I turned my personal IRA into a self-directed IRA which I then asked Equity Trust to manage for me as my custodian. I directed them to invest my IRA projects of the Natural Solutions Foundation’s Panama project and so they did. My IRA is still tax deferred and I am a participant in the Valley of the Moon.
You can be a part of the Valley of the Moon or you can invest n the Green Fund. The choice is yours. You can do both!
