You of the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) leadership are little more than political hacks, which means that you are little more than prostitutes for the Multi-National Corporate Persons who would poison you and your children while they poison us and ours.
You have blood on your hands, FDA officers and agents, blood mixed with chemicals. Your scientists tell you that mercury amalgams have no place in children and you choose to ignore their pleas telling you that patients need protection; instead you aid and abet mass poisoning of children and adults with toxic mercury and with toxic fluoride; you merely offer to cover-up the harm by having people sign more abusive waivers to protect the dental and corporate interests who poison their brains and bodies.
Your experts told you that “GMO” genetic modification of plants and animals was tinkering with life itself and, once released, this particularly malignant genie could never be re-contained in its flask. “Do not do this!” they said, but you rushed not to judgment, but to the condemnation of our biosphere, one nuclear DNA bundle of precious genes at a time, throwing out bouquets of infertility, cancer, brand new lethal allergies, strangely mutated bacteria, weeds that will not die, babies that cannot live and a plague of contagious genes never before seen – or experienced – on this planet. You have conspired to allow the poisoning of the biosphere.
Your bloody hands, hearts and heads have no capacity to contain all the guilt for deaths and suffering, losses and heartbreak caused by poorly tested (or in the case of flu vaccines, not safety tested at all), deceptively reported and dishonestly labeled drugs and vaccines which you had every reason to know will kill and main, but from which you make money or receive research position and money. Such a small amount of money, FDA, for so many lives despoiled and destroyed.
You are baby-killers. We accuse you of purchasing, approving, recommending, allowing, distributing and promoting the 2009 H1N1 Swine Flu Vaccine which has resulted in thousands of miscarriages. Your dishonest and self-serving regulations make food the stuff of death and drugs the stuff of suffering. The fluoride in the water which you criminally flood us with – for genocide and mind control is a crime against humanity – is not there for us and our well being. It is there for the profit of those who would poison us and the comfort of those who would dominate us through apathy and slack-witted mindlessness.
FDA, you know that we know how to control disease and remove its underlying causes and you know that such removal and control strikes deeply at the heart of the Uber Cartel, those drug lords who will sell their contaminating agra-chemicals and provide their death-dealing seeds in order to make short term money, gain long-term control and accomplish forever-term depopulation of those of us deemed unnecessary, the “Useless Eaters”.
So J’Accuse FDA. We accuse you of murder, of graft, of extermination, of inhuman acts committed against the civilian population of the Earth, the military population of the Nation, unborn generations of the planet. I accuse you of Crimes Against Humanity through knowingly perpetrating these acts. I accuse you of fast-tracking death because it brings fast-track profits and because it brings fast-track infertility, suffering, disease and death.
We accuse you of having neither shame, compassion nor any humanity worthy of the name. You have sold your soul, FDA leadership, for a mess of guilt, crime and money.
For the brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers, sons, daughters and others of the Earth, We accuse you of genocide.
The International Criminal Court statute (echoing the Nuremberg Code) provides, in Article 7 of the Rome Treaty that Crimes Against Humanity, even when practiced against one’s own people, include “Other inhumane acts … intentionally causing great suffering, or serious injury to body or to mental or physical health.”
We therefore accuse the FDA and its officers and agents of conspiracy to cause “serious injury to body or to mental or physical health…”
FDA: how do you plead?
The Trustees will announce the membership of the Citizens’ Commission over the next few weeks and will then develop the case against the FDA for presentation to the Commission and their Moral Decision. We need a lawyer to volunteer to defend the FDA. Any volunteers?

Some advanced healthcare “CAM” researchers are concerned that we may have focused recently too much on “pandemics,” weaponized vaccines, environmental toxins and govt’s push to industrialize all food production. These overt attacks may be what Gen. Bert referred to as “secondary attacks” while it is actually frequency weapons that are the most dangerous to our health and food freedoms! It has been suggested that the most serious long-term threat to health and freedom is not merely from the political oligarchs, but more specifically in their growing capacity for what we might term the “weaponization of energetics.” This concern includes both general electromagnetic pollution and what we might call “weaponized” frequency manipulation.
Rumors have long held that secret government projects such as HAARP in Alaska and similar arrays in the former Soviet Union have been engineered to pose a real threat of energetic control over environmental factors such as the weather, human response to pathogen presence (the energetic aspect of pandemic inducement) and further, the rumors go, even over human mental function. The same static and dynamic energies that can influence the environment can also influence human cognition; perhaps the ultimate mind control weapon…
These researchers point to the existence of a planetary frequency, usually termed the ‘Schumann Resonance’ that results from vibrational activity (primarily lightning) and how that average frequency modulates over time. Maintaining a stable world frequency is seen as necessary to counteract any intentional frequency manipulation. Some suggest that recent “pandemic” panics (such as the Avian and Swine flu scares of last year) and incidents (such as Baxter Pharmaceutical’s “accidental” contamination of a seasonal flu vaccine with live Avian Flu virus) are cynical efforts to prime the population psychologically, politically and energetically for a major “culling” event that would be triggered by a frequency attack coinciding with the widespread mandatory use of a weaponized “pandemic” flu vaccine (due to significant Push Back, this scenario failed to materialize in ’09 but remains a continuing threat).

In this memo we seek to privately address the issue of frequency response. We are aware that a number of frequency experimenters and researchers are seeking to determine appropriate frequency responses to potential threats. Some are using directed energy efforts, such as Reichian “cloud busters” (which may now be termed, “chemtrail –busters”) while others are seeking to understand the frequencies involved from arrays such as HAARP or from the genetics of various pathogens that could be engineered to become pandemic. Intending that GMO seeds do what they seem to want to do: fail to germinate, some are working with Intentionality to reinforce that particular outcome. We are in touch with a number of these researchers.
Without infringing upon anyone’s proprietary information, we are establishing a Frequency Response Team (FRT) that could, on a world-wide scale, work to counteract frequency attacks. In this context, recall the program that SETI had sponsored, whereby members’ personal computer down-time was used to number crunch the data being produced by their search. Somewhat similar is the Global Consciousness Project that uses scores of personal computer random number generators, linked together world-wide, to measure world consciousness activities.
We have had some experience with organizing “net roots” activities utilizing online links. Our core supporter list includes several hundred thousand opt-in members and we have sponsored online forums that thousands of active members.
We propose to do something similar with regard to the frequency threat.
The FRT would initially be established as a private, by invitation, forum linking frequency workers. Any private person with a frequency device or who works with Intentionality could join. Potential members could also be encouraged to download one of several free computer frequency generators available on line. The most widely available on the Internet seems to be the Cognation Frequency Generator, available at: http://www.cognaxon.com/index.php?page=educational .
All members of the Rapid Reaction Force would be ready, upon alert, to begin to broadcast correlated corrective frequencies (and could, when not using their devices otherwise, broadcast the While Light Frequency, used with permission of its Discoverer who is very widely respected in the frequency community). A small panel of experts would advise the Foundation trustees on the advisable frequency or frequencies. The members would be kept informed of developments and would learn from each other about measured frequency anomalies that could give us all early warning of potential threats. Members could participate under assumed names.
While this RRF would act on notice, others would be working with Intentionality on an ongoing basis. This was suggested by Karma Harmony. What he proposes is consistent with some of the most advanced research. For example, Dr. Rima’s friend, Dr. William Tiller, has shown through rigorous experimentation that Intentionality can affect the output of experiments – in ways that make the proposal that Intentionality could help GMO seeds express their unwillingness to sprout a very real possibility. We would also explore the possibility of using online “cookies” to turn the personal computers of members into frequency generating devices whenever the computer is idle, whereby we could thereby vary the frequency, world-wide. This sort of coordinated FRT approach could be a powerful hope to counteract the expected frequency attack.
Sharry Edwards – www.nanovoice.com – made her NanoVoice frequency program available to participants so they could do what she did at the start of the War Council, analyze the truthfulness of public figures’ statements through energetic means. This “wiki-truth” capacity is very important for the FRT’s ability to respond.
Gen. Bert says the Art of War teaches us to mass our forces where the enemy least expects, “to strike at what is weak”.
They may believe they understand frequency, such is their arrogance. However, advanced healthcare has many brilliant people who have a very deep understanding of these matters. If we can overcome our parochialism and work together, we can raise our collective vibrations so far above the low vibrations of the globalist power elite that they will fail to subject us to their continued domination.

Our goal, after the veto battle, must be repealing the atrocious Food “Safety” bill, once known as S.510 and now known only as the amendment which gives the FDA and its friends the ability to industrialize the production of food in this country and criminalize the production, sale and distribution of non-industrial food.
I anticipate strong opposition to this legislation being implemented or funded, and strong and sustained oversight into the regulatory process which creates the real danger in this law: an enabled fascist, statist food agency with loyalty to the globalists and the corporate persons whom they control, and no loyalty to us or to either our health or freedom.
Health and food freedom groups, farmer, rancher and gardener groups, liberty groups, tea partiers all came together to oppose S.510; now we need to come together again and urge that the bill be vetoed; and if not vetoed, then repealed; and it not repealed, then de-funded…
Please urge everyone you know in the health and food freedom leadership to participate in this Sunday’s War Council. We need to be one step ahead!

Greetings to Our American Friends,
During the time that the European invaders were persecuting the indigenous Indian populations, their Council of Shamans advised not to fight against the white man for
“Soon they will have full plates of nothing to eat and soon they will be no more; then we will reclaim our ancient lands.”
This past week, the people of the United States of America decided by almost unanimous apathy to allow themselves to be deprived of access to locally produced and distributed, safe and healthy food. This week, they allowed their “elected” representatives to accede to the greed and genocidal aims of the Illuminati by passing a law which not only enables a heavily armed “Food Safety Agency” to which Mr. Obama has already appointed a Monsanto-connected bureaucrat as “overlord” to destroy non-genetically modified plants and seeds… even imprison you and your family without trial or legal redress for the crime of growing your own food as a matter of “National Security”! All this despite the impressive outpouring of messages to decision makers by the millions. Unfortunately, PUSH BACK by millions of Food Freedom advocates can still be trumped by Big AbBiz political clout.
All that is now necessary is for Mr. “Yes we can” Obama to (illegally, for we Europeans know he is a Kenyan citizen and not eligible to hold office in the USA, but ‘What the Hell…’ — who cares about law in America these days) sign this bill into law.
“Yes we can!” – have a heavily armed Gestapo organization throughout America to spy on all citizens (the Federal Emergency Management Agency under Homeland Security).
“Yes we can!” – let a private bank (The Federal Reserve Bank) steal more than nine trillion dollars from the American people with complete impunity.
“Yes we can!” – pocket a Nobel Peace Prize and continue to foment war and strife.
“Yes we can!” – “reform” health care to increase the profits of the insurance industry whilst reducing real health care.
Most chose to ignore the warnings. Most decided that TV soaps are much more important than the health of ourselves and our children. Most swallowed unquestioningly the lying propaganda. Most did nothing at all and expected that the problem would go away.
The few who have tried and are still trying TO SAVE YOUR LIFE! are doing it with no support staff, no propaganda machine, no guns and poisons, no-nothing except what they can finance out of their own pockets and the few, the very, very few who donate as much as they can to keep the process going. Over three hundred million Americans; a couple million freedom advocates; a few hundred Health and Food Freedom donors…
All that now stands between you and the death by poisoning planned for you are the legal challenges to these and other death-dealing laws. Laws about vaccines, GMOs and freedom of speech… It costs money, a lot of money to mount and to win the Federal court cases needed to defeat these laws and achieve redress of grievances.
