Dr. Rima: Ralph, we’ve been going around this nonsense for years.  I am terminally tired of totally un-Freedom-of-Speech regulations and regulators who make it impossible for us to say what we know is true because it’s backed up by science about nutrients, supplements, herbs, homeopathy and all the rest. I thought you told me the Supreme Court told the government it had no business keeping truthful commercial information from the people. [1]

Take my beautiful, safe and powerful Nano Silver 10 PPM.  We are allowed to say that it supports healthy immune functioning, which is true, but we cannot say that it inactivates XXXXXX, which is also scientifically validated.

And we can’t say that a nutrient like Nano Silver 10 PPM has been shown effective against hundreds of XXXXXXX because that would be making a “health claim”. We also cannot tell people the truth and say that in the presence of our Nano Silver 10 PPM, a host of specific XXXX like XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXX, XXXX and so many more cannot develop because of that other thing that we cannot say.

You tell me, as a regulatory law specialist, that we cannot talk about the research presented to Congress about the 100% XXX rate in men terminally ill with XXXX in Africa because the 1994 DSHEA law made it illegal speech to link ANY nutrient with ANY specific disease or condition.

I know all this, Ralph, because we have been working together since 2005 and you have taught me well.

What I am asking, Ralph, is how you feel about the situation where the more true something is, the more dangerous it becomes to share it!

Those facts of reality tell us, for example, that a US Department of Defense sponsored declassified in vitro study showed that your Nano Silver supports normal cell membrane integrity. It showed that the XXXXXXXX and XXXXX that are normally NOT a part of your XXXXXXX but can make you sick cannot penetrate your cell membranes and replicate in the presence of your Nano Silver. That’s another truth you can’t speak.
