Let’s start with the facts: there are no safe vaccines so a real inquiry into “Vaccine Safety” would inevitably agree with the Courts: “Vaccines are unavoidably unsafe”, uninsurably unsafe and a source of illness, not health.

Donald Trump, love him or hate him, has the cajones to raise the issue publicly: Do vaccines cause harm? Can they, in fact, lead to autism?

Now, on the heels of the astonishing announcement that RFK Jr may have been tapped to head a serious study of vaccine safety, the lamestream fake news media has lined up against the very idea of an open examination and against RFK Jr, personally.

Rumors circulating after the initial meeting suggest some internal dissension in the Trump Camp with some transition figures urging that Trump not be seen to be “anti-science” on the vaccine issue.  While people may vary on their understanding of the risks of vaccination, the power of government, or employers or schools, to coerce* consent for vaccination  is clear: there is no such power and the universal right of Informed Consent invalidates any attempt to force vaccination.

We, quite frankly, do not know how strongly driven by principle the Trump Team is so we do not know know if they will walk this outstandingly good decision back, as they say inside the Beltway.

The opportunity for a serious, science-based health advocate like RFK Jr, to undertake a funded and open investigation of vaccines is momentous and must be supported, not aborted.

If you’ve been wondering why I have not shared many updates recently about General Bert, the reason was that we were in the midst of a legal battle to allow me to give him the nutrients – FOODS! – that his outstanding doctor and I believed could only benefit him.

Imagine a hospital telling a patient that the nutrients they want to take for their health and healing are “not FDA approved”, “not allowed under hospital policy” and, regardless of the impact that stopping them will have, they are forbidden.
.
What would you do if –
.
1. You know full well that you or your health proxy have absolute informed consent rights to accept or refuse ANY medial treatment.
.
2. The health facility that has life and death control of you or your loved one does not care what the consequences of their [to you] irrational opposition to your health choice (in this case nutrients approved by your nutritionally literate physician).
.
3. The ‘reasons’ for forbidding your health options make no sense whatever under the law.
.
4. You can see the decline in your health (or that of your loved one) when the previously allowed nutrients are stopped (for example, as in General Bert’s case, a weakening so profound that he stopped being able to breathe on his own and was forced to go back on a ventilator to stay alive!).
.
5. The health facility is not negotiating in good faith to find a solution to the problem they created and precious time is being wasted while you or your loved one’s health status plummeted.
.
I will tell you what Counsel Ralph and I did: we hired a lawyer and got a Temporary Restraining Order from a judge so that the hospital was prohibited from prohibiting me from giving General Bert his nutrients AND was forced to cooperate with my doing so.
.
Did they really do so? Not so much. But I persevered (with a couple of letters to the Judge and to the hospital’s lawyers.
.
And then it was hallejuyah! time: suddenly, today, out of apparently nowhere, General Bert and I were informed that he was being transferred TODAY, NOW, RIGHT NOW! to another hospital where
.
1. His core and well-trusted medical team are all on staff or easily added to the staff (VERY important)
.
2. The facility specializes in weaning people off vents and trachs. [Wait! Gen Bert was weaned, wasn’t he? Yes, until his breathing collapsed and he wound up back on a vent. Was it bad nursing by a hostile nurse? I cannot prove it, but…]
.
3. There is no issue about his nutrients at the new facility.
.
So, yes, General Bert is back on full ventilator respiration and needs to go through the entire weaning process for the 7th time. But his informed consent and his needs appear to be better met here than the administration of the previous facility was willing to meet them.
.
At least so far.
.
Moral: When your Informed Consent Rights are being violated, take courage and take action. You, like General Bert and I have those rights but they are meaningless unless you assert and exert them.
.
One of those rights, of course, is the absolute legal right to refuse vaccination, regardless of what your employer or school has to say.

[Posted December 29, 2016] — I visited my friends and fellow trustees, Dr. Laibow and Gen. Stubblebine (at JFK Hospital, Edison, NJ) where Gen. Bert has been for the last 120 days.  Gen. Bert is improving – yes, that’s him exercising with a stretchy band; scroll down for photo). We had a chance to catch up about the election and other strategic health freedom-related issues. His take? “2016 was not a good year for health freedom.” Except for our amazing court victory the week before Christmas in which the court confirmed once again the right of Informed Consent, even in hospitals!* General Bert’s 2017 Assessment follows; keep reading.

We’ve been betrayed once again by the political class, both Democrats and Republicans. In 2016, as the Obama Administration wound down, they joined together to counter our powerful efforts defending your universal right to Informed Consent. That’s the right which Gen. Bert has identified as “the defining issue of the 21st Century…”
.
As you know, Natural Solutions was the first health freedom organization to sound the alarm to protect your universal right to Informed Consent. Now, predictably, this right is being attacked.
.
Not only did we speak truth about the right of Informed Consent, we took action by protecting ourselves  with thousands of copies of our Advance Vaccine Directive Card. These cards provide a legally-binding assertion of your right to refuse vaccination. The “powers that be” took notice of our defense of the right of Informed Consent. General Bert says, “Counter attack is expected in a war.” and, indeed, the forced vaccination tyrants counter attacked on both the state and federal levels. They used political pressure to turn employers and schools into illegal vaccine enforcement centers.  Remember, our voices stopped direct federal vaccine mandate plans during the Swine Flu Vax Panic of 2009/2010… when millions sent our protest email.

Then, toward the end of 2016 the counter strikes escalated.
.
First, CDC proposed a new and dangerous Quarantine Regulation, giving the public until mid-October to register objections. Second, on November 4th, just before the election, lame-duck President Obama issued an Executive Order seeking to make the falsely-named “Global Health Security [sic!] Agenda” official American Pubic Policy. Incredibly the “idea” behind GHSA is that dead people don’t get sick so what we need is lots more dead people. Third, in early December, the lame-duck Congress, as it fled Washington for the Holidays, adopted, with shameful bi-partisan Republican and Democrat support, the falsely-named “21st Century Cures [sic] Act” as adopted. In that bill, in addition to all sorts of ‘welfare’ [$$$] for Big Pharma, there is a clause that illegally says the drug companies can ignore your Informed Consent in order to include you in a drug test without telling you. Incredibly, the bill allows this if less than 8,000 [!!] people are involved.
