48 Days in the Hospital Health Care System

General Bert has been in the hospital for 48 days. Admitted on September 1, he spent 34 days in the Critical Care Unit where he survived:
.
Aspiration Pneumonia
Pneumothoria (Collapse of the lung) on both sides
Pleural Effusion
Scepticiemia
Glomerular Necrosis leading to total renal failure
Endotracheal Intubation
Tracheotomy
.
He spent about a week in a telemetry unit where his vital signs were measured remotely 24/7 and then was sent to a pulmonary floor (a step down in nursing requirements and a step up in his progress toward health).
.
Then his tracheotomy tube was apparently displaced and, in the space of about 45 minutes, his tracheotomy canula (tube) was removed, he was intubated, the tracheotomy opening was probed with the ENT guy’s finger, another trach cancula was inserted and he was extubated (meaning they took the tube out).
.
He was sedated for all of that and then transferred to the ICU because of the sedation and placed back on the ventilator, which he had been off for much more than a week.
.
Now he is being weaned from the ventilator again so that he can breathe on his own again.
.
He has survived all that and, I am totally convinced, will be able to recover fully if the treatment does not kill him. The question now becomes not whether he can survive modern medicine (with my active intervention, of course!) but whether he can survive Medicare.
.
You see, when we married in 1994, General Bert and I were told that we had coverage under something available to military people called Tricare 4 Life. Don’t bother to enroll in Medicare Part B, we were told, because it is a waste of money.
.
Fair enough.
.
So we didn’t.
.
Now, without Medicare Part B, there is apparently no Tri are 4 Life coverage. Who cares? Without it, there is no one to pay for rehabilitation. And getting it now will cost a minimum of $30,000 in back monthly premiums.
.
What happens to General Bert if he does not get rehabilitation? The worst. He is a physical and pulmonary cripple who dies because he cannot afford dialysis and other care.
.
Surviving the system is a lot harder apparently, than surviving the illness.
.
What can you do? Simple: you can make a generous donation to help us defray those costs of enrollment and then tell everyone you can reach that they should do the same.

You know what a leader and strategist General Bert is. Because Tricare 4 life did not train their people well, and because we got bad information, we are not facing the loss of this vital and productive warrior.

Two days ago he was weaned from the ventilator without incident so he is once again breathing the way nature intended — without any machines!
.
It seems as if his renal failure may be reversing but we need more time to be certain.
.
His Physical Therapy included sitting upright for an hour yesterday and today. During that hour I have introduced exercise bands and he is working at them vigorously.
.
Not bad for a guy who was unanimously predicted to die!
.
The secret? High powered nutrition.
.
This includes the astonishing new nutritional substance which fell into my hands just hours before Gen. Bert collapsed so dramatically.
Its inventor told me it would lead the cells to correct their problems and that, IF we could keep the drugs and docs from killing him he would recover fully.

The Centers for Disease Control (the CDC), acting under the Administrative Procedures Act (the APA) want to impose tyrannical regulations that abolish your health freedom and right to Informed Consent.

“In an audacious violation of national and international law, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), a part of the Health and Human Services (HHS) Department of the United States Government, proposes the adoption of a regulation giving it power of quarantine and forced treatment (vaccination) for certain unspecified “quarantinable diseases.”

The proposed regulation brings medical tyranny to a new level of danger, by specifically overriding any and all informed consent rights, despite the well-established legal right to Informed Consent…

The official Summary states:

“Through this Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is amending its domestic (interstate) and foreign quarantine regulations to [sic] best protect the public health of the United States.
.
“These amendments are being proposed to aid public health responses to outbreaks of communicable diseases such as the largest recorded outbreak of Ebola virus disease (Ebola) in history, the recent outbreak of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) in South Korea, and repeated outbreaks and responses to measles in the United States, as well as the ongoing threat of other new or re-emerging communicable diseases. The provisions contained herein provide additional clarity to various safeguards to prevent the importation and spread of communicable diseases affecting human health into the United States and interstate.”

What diseases are included? We must ask what diseases CDC has in mind. Measles (a non-quarantinable and trivial disease) is mentioned 186 times; Ebola is mentioned 330 times; Influenza (another non-quarantinable disease) is mentioned 26 times. Zika is not mentioned at all.
.
In context, generally mild, self-limiting diseases like measles are irresponsibly and irrationally equated to deadly diseases such as Ebola. The Regulation permits the CDC to include any communicable disease.
.
A close reading of the proposed regulation shows the word “consent” is mentioned 12 times, always in the context of denying the individual right to consent. Sections 70.18 and 71.40 are similar:

“§70.18 – Agreements. CDC may enter into an agreement with an individual, upon such terms as the CDC considers to be reasonably necessary, indicating that the individual consents to any of the public health measures authorized under this part, including quarantine, isolation, conditional release, medical examination, hospitalization, vaccination, and treatment; provided that the individual’s consent shall not be considered as a prerequisite to the exercise of any authority under this part.”

There is no language in the proposed Regulation safeguarding the universal right to Informed Consent, protected by international and US national law…”

General Bert is fighting for his life in a Critical Care Unit in the US. He – and I – have been there for 33 days now and he will be here for at least another week, I estimate.
.
I have been like a dragon guarding my treasure with fire breathing from my nostrils and my tail lashing back and forth in irritation when he is threatened. And my talons are out – very far out.
.
There are two things that have kept General Bert alive so far in addition to a ventilator and some heroic medical intervention.
.
One is a spectacular nutrient product which we were deeply fortunate to be given (Providence at work? Mere coincidence?) the night he became so ill. I immediately started to use it by spraying it into his mouth. By the time we reached the hospital, he had been sprayed with it twice.
.
I have continued to use it for him 5 times a day. It nourishes homeostasis. Once he had a feeding tube put into his stomach, I began giving him supplements that would support his recovery at the mitochondrial and other levels.
.
He has rallied and progressed astoundingly and it looks like, although he will need extensive rehabilitation, he has a good chance of making it out of these very dark and dismal woods. But…
.
If you and I do not defeat the CDC’s utterly insane regulatory proposal to impose medical tyranny. health freedom and Informed Consent are gone.
.
The agency wants to take legal control of our medical choices, for any reason they see fit, take possession of our bodies, for any reason they see fit and make our medical decisions for us, for any reason they see fit, they might well seize a patient like General Bert, give him [experimental?] [dangerous?] [no?] drugs and vaccines for any reason they see fit and there would be absolutely NOTHING, NOTHING that he, or the doctors or I could do about it. NOTHING!
.
Right now we have 16 days to pull together and stop this insanity by flooding the CDC with our protest. NOW! and enlisting everyone you know to do the same.

This is a battle to the death: ours! If we do nothing to stop this madness there will be no end to it.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the CDC, is a lesser known, but every bit as corrupt and dangerous agency which, like, the FDA (Fraud and Death Agency) is staffed and funded primarily by special interest groups like drug companies, vaccine makers, chemotherapy manufacturers, and even drug patent owners, who all make decisions in their own favor.
.
Their corruption is monumental. The “rules” had to be changed so the self-interested would not have to recuse themselves and could still vote on various approval committees, or there wouldn’t even be a quorum available; now all they need do is “disclose” their self-interest!
.
Their dysfunction is legendary and now they want total control over YOUR body, YOUR medical decisions and, in essence, YOUR life.
.
Their proposed regulations are Medical Tyranny — permitting them to abduct anyone, at any time, for any length of time, to “treat” them. And they specifically exempt themselves from the need to honor your Informed Consent despite the fact that it is protected by US and International law.
