Food: the heart of Freedom.
Food: the heart of Depopulation.
Food is a weapon as ancient as invading bands of tribesman who captured the food of the vanquished, ruined the fields, poisoned the wells and plundered the stores of their enemies.
The United States uses food as a trade tool and, through Codex, as depopulation tool, having determined, along with the World Health Organization and other international players that there are too many people for its liking in this world. So, by controlling, poisoning and degrading the world’s food supply, you get a profitable soft kill. Through the vigorous destruction of natural medicine and health (for example, by Codex’ and the FDA’s remorseless attacks on effective natural health strategies such as high potency nutrients) and clean, unadulterated food, populations are being weakened, sickened and then, when they have to seek treatment for the diseases their toxic and empty food has caused, their resources are literally eaten by the allopathic, drug bases “healthcare” system. It is really an illness-for-profit creation and management system designed to preside over the slow and profitable deaths of as many people as possible, having nothing whatsoever to do with health.
Since food is so central, the Natural Solutions Foundation decided to do something about it. Globally. That’s what we do, and it’s what you do with us.
General Bert and I have traveled the world on behalf of the Natural Solutions Foundation, bringing our unique, effecitve and life-saving Codex Two Step Process to those governments. By the way, we do not charge those countries for our information. We share it freely, from brother and sister, to brother and sister, as we all are.
We have seen, and smelled, and wept over, the abject poverty in the slums and shanty towns of the world’s poorest – and sometimes not so poor – cities. These are, in the main, farmers who have been displaced by the multinational corporations as they raise the price of seeds, of chemicals, of electricty, of water, of fuel, and then, when the dispossesed have lost their land and been forced from their communities, they have no place to migrate to but the cities where they hope to find work or the barrios and slums on the outskirts of town where they will never find work.

So General Bert and I realized that we needed to reclaim the food supply of the world since the right to clean, unadulterated food is a basis human right, and perhaps the single most effective tool against the globalists’ plan to depopulate and claim the earth for themselves. Of course, we have to refuse their deadly drugs and vaccines, spread information, and do all the other things that the net roots of health freedom, you and the Natural Solutions Foundation, are so good at.
We hoped that someone else would do it, because we were pretty busy, and there are good folks doing good project all over the world in this area. BUT there was no one that we could find who saw the explicit connection between food and freedom and could create a teaching and replication facility which could spread the gospel of clean food, health and health freedom as a linked entity, each part of which supports and moves the others forward.
Three and a half years later we selected what we believed, and still believe, to be the best site for this project: the beautiful, bountiful, peaceful and fertile Eternal Spring of the Highlands of Panama, in Volcan.
OK. That was the Easy Part
Next, we had to find out what the weaknesses (opportunities) and strengths (resources) of this area were from a boots on the ground perspective so that we could create a clean food supply for ourselves, for the region, for Panama and for the world through teaching, example, commerce and encouragement of similar, related and different programs which could help to accomplish the same goals.
We realized that everything we do needs to be affordable, replicable, teachable and easily disseminated so we created the Valley of the Moon(TM) Farming Program, Eco Demonstration Project and Outreach Program.
We realized that this is an incredibly rich and fertile area whose foods feed most of Panama, but whose natural fertility is rapidly being destroyed by the unbridled use of breathtaking amounts of agricultural chemicals. This is a problem common to the world, and in the developing world, there are either no, or no meaningful, limits on chemicals which are used on food, contaminating food, water, soil and workers.
We thought that was a good place to start. We looked around and decided that the unique Panamanian coffee was a good place to stop: farmers grow this valuable cash crop fighting fungal destruction at every turn. I know how to treat and cure fungal infections. I have been doing it as a drug-free physician for my 40 year career. So we bought a Coffee Finca (farm) and created a totally chemical-free growing system. The result? But, alas, Man (and Woman) Does Not Live By Coffee Alone!
The Valley of the Moon Coffee Finca is now producing its third crop of magnificent coffee. Last year, because of fierce winds we had to cut down 80% of our coffee plants to their bare trunk to allow them to regrow rather than die. The plants remaining, however, are so healthy and vigorous because of our natural coffee culture, as they call it, that our remaining 20% of the coffee plants are out-producing last year’s crop! That, my friends, is what nutrition can do!

Next, we decided that we had to create an educational program for children since in this lush, fertile land with a 365 day growing season, there are undernourished, often obese children. They do not eat many things that are green. Rice and beans, a bit of chicken and perhaps some pork comprise the diet of the Panamanians as they do for so many of the world’s peoples. What better place to start, we thought, than with children?
Panama has compulsory education so I wrote a curriculum which can be used at many different grade levels for plantings of nutritious, chemical free food in spaces no more than 4 feet square. Taking the Square Foot Agriculture as our starting point, we devised ways that a Panamanian family of 4 can feed itself with healthy, nutritious and chemical free vegetables for virtually no money. Of course, in this type of agriculture as in any other, it is nearly impossible to get clean, open pollinated, heirloom organic seeds without importing them. Thus, it became clear that we have to establish propagation greenhouses.
We built an experimental greenhouse on our headquarters property (did I mention that we bought a 2 acre headquarters property which will house our Phase II program: the Natural Solutions Center for HealthCare, Seminars, The Valley of the Moon BeyondOrganic Restaurant and Cafe) and began experimenting with US and European organic seeds to see which prospered best here so that we can grow them for food and for propagation?) and began teaching and learning at a pretty good clip.

Meanwhile, we were invited by the Panamanian Department of Agriculture to clean all the cattle farms in Chiriqui Province, where we are located. I said “NO!”, to the surprise and consternation of the Provincial Director. “You see”, I continued, “I do not see the point to cleaning up all the cattle farms, getting the chemicals out of them and producing clean milk and healthy cows, if the crops that people eat are contaminated with chemicals and are killing them. You’ll have clean milk and beef and dead and dying people. Either we work on both crops and animals or we do not want to spend our time and effort.”
He through for a few moments and said, “OK! We’ll clean up both animal and crop farms!”
Then, as we were beginning our planning for that enormous project, we were told that we were going to have a visitor: the man who heads the Panamanian Organic Division of the Ministry of Agriculture wanted to talk to us. And talk to us he did.
“Why”, he asked, “Are you providing these services just for Chiriqui Province? What about the rest of Panama? I want you to teach all of our farmers and, to do that, we will hold our seminars and training programs at your Natural Solutions Center if you agree.”
Well, of course we agree! Our first Organic Production Seminar will take place here in mid August! If you speak Spanish, you are welcome to attend that event, too!
Meanwhile, we have been making plans for reclaiming the land of farmers who have destroyed the fertility of their land since farmers know, but most other people do not, that once you reach a certain point of chemical destruction of the crop land, if you stop the chemicals, there will be no fertility, no growth, no crop, no income and no survival. So farming clean food is much more than just withholding chemicals once they have been used.
Soil must be rebuilt and chemical contamination must be cleaned. Plants must be treated with natural methods since they are so weakened by chemical contamination that they have weak immune systems and are easily and often attacked by pests. Super pests and weeds have tipped the balance of nature as they evoled to survive the chemical poisons that were supposed to rid the farmer of either pests or weeds. The promise of chemical paradise has failed the farmers of the world and the resulting hell of weak plants and animals, poisoned, infertile soil and super pests and weeds is the reality. All of that has to be dealt with while the ability of the farmers to make a living to support their families must be addressed as well.
To do that, and allow the land to transition efficiently while the farmers can afford to stay on the land we are creating a novel solution, again with government encouragement: the Consumer Supported Agriculture or CSA model. That means that we find farmers who are willing to follow our methods, give them money up front so that they can be assured of having a living wage for their labors, being able to pay their workers, buy their seed, harvest their crops, etc. On the consumer’s part, they share the risk with the farmer and in return, when the crops (and eggs and chickens and milk and so on) come in, they get a share of the bounty, fresh, clean, grown to the Valley of the Moon BeyondOrganic standards, delivered to their community!
Of course, there is the issue of getting it there. The main roads in Panama are outstanding. But the secondary and tertiary roads are pretty bad. There are organic farms here with no road access for anything other than a person on food. So, for now, of course, we are working with those farmers who can get their food to market by car, bus, horse or donkey and whose products are tested in our laboratory partners,
Each of our farmers has agreed to serve as a master teacher for his neighbors. But what about the farmers who are not Panamanian? No problem. You see, one of the reasons that we chose Panama is that the various ecological niches in which most of the world’s food is grown are represented here by going from sea level to the heights of the Panamanian mountains, about 6000 feet up. Cold weather crops, like apples and winter wheat, probably cannot be grown here. Virtually everything else that humans eat can be, though. That means that as our teaching farm network grows, we can train farmers from just about any place in the world so that they can take our techniques and methods home.
Those techniques and methods include energy independence. You see, the amount of methane produced by a Zero Emissions Farm, pioneered by the amazing Father Godfrey Nzamajo, PhD, at the Songhai Foundation, Benin, Africa (see Songhai videos at www.Youtube.com/NaturalSolutions) allows farm machines, houses, automobiles, trucks and everything else on a farm or off of it delivering food, bringing in supplies, etc., to be operated without dependence on petroleum. Instead, through the use of cleanly generated biogas, a sustainable, energy independent, BeyondOrganic BioDynamic Zero Emissions farming system is created. What leaves the farm is clean food and water/carbon dioxide when the methane is burned.

David Korten is both a change agent and an observer of change. He has written a provocative article called, :The Big Picture: 5 Ways to Know if You’re Making a Difference”.
He says that if you can answer “YES!” to ONE of the following criteria, you are making a difference.
Here are his criteria, taken from the article which you can read below:
1. Does it help discredit a false cultural story fabricated to legitimize relationships of domination and exploitation and to replace it with a true story describing unrealized possibilities for growing the real wealth of healthy communities?
2. Is it connecting others of the movement’s millions of leaders who didn’t previously know one another, helping them find common cause and build relationships of mutual trust that allow them to speak honestly from their hearts and to know that they can call on one another for support when needed?

Millions of people demanded that they have the right NOT to receive the vaccine for the absurd and fraudulent “Level 6 Pandemic” nonsense known as H1N1 or Swine Flu and the US backed off from requiring mandatory vaccination.

They predictably went away and, just as predictably, came back with this absurd power-grab to make all natural health products and services illegal.

The Big Picture: 5 Ways to Know if You’re Making a Difference

For the many millions of us working to create a better world, it is easy to feel discouraged by the seeming insignificance of even major successes relative to the scale of the problems we face as a nation and a species. Consumed by the details and challenges of our daily engagements, we may easily lose sight of the big picture of the powerful social dynamic to which our work is contributing.
Step back from time to time; take a breath, look out beyond the immediate horizon to bring that big picture back into perspective. Reflect in awe and wonder at the power of the larger social dynamic to which your work contributes.
In my career in international development, I saw, time and again, that the most successful projects were not the largest or the most carefully, centrally planned; they were the ones that arose from the bottom up. Likewise, successful social movements are emergent, evolving, radically self-organizing, and involve the dedicated efforts of many people, each finding the role that best uses his or her gifts and passions. Their scope and their success may not, at first, be readily apparent. Social movements grow and evolve around framing ideas and mutually supportive relationships instead of through top-down direction. New ideas gain traction, or not, depending on what works for those involved in the movement. Some alliances are fleeting; others endure.
The organism, not the machine, provides the appropriate metaphor. The relevant knowledge resides not in the heads of outside experts but in the people who populate the system. The challenge is to help them recognize, organize, and use that knowledge in ever more effective ways.
This is the model I think of when I think about what it will take to build the New Economy—one based on fulfilling the basic needs of people and planet—that we need. It’s also the way that that economy is already being built: step by step, in creative and surprising ways, by people looking for alternatives to a system that isn’t working for them.
To bring down the institutions of Empire, we must begin to build the rules, relationships, and institutions of a New Economy. These must be lived into being from the bottom up.
So how do you know whether your work is contributing to a big-picture outcome? If you can answer yes to any one of the following five questions, then be assured that it is.

2. Is it connecting others of the movement’s millions of leaders who didn’t previously know one another, helping them find common cause and build relationships of mutual trust that allow them to speak honestly from their hearts and to know that they can call on one another for support when needed?
3. Is it creating and expanding liberated social spaces in which people experience the freedom and support to experiment with living the creative, cooperative, self-organizing relationships of the new story they seek to bring into the larger culture?
4. Is it providing a public demonstration of the possibilities of a real-wealth economy?
5. Is it mobilizing support for a rule change that will shift the balance of power from the people and institutions of the Wall Street phantom-wealth economy to the people and institutions of living-wealth Main Street economies?
These are useful guidelines for setting both individual and group priorities. Bear in mind that in a systems-change undertaking of this magnitude, there is no magic bullet and no one is going to make it happen on their own, so don’t be discouraged if the world looks much the same today despite your special and heroic effort yesterday. It took five thousand years to create the mess we are in today. It will take more than a few days to set it right.

So the latest turn of the screw that, tragically, the psychiatric profession has become is particularly galling and appalling to me: “Pre-diagnose babies just a few weeks old to take preventive steps (that means drug them for their entire lives despite the horrifying toxicity of psychiatric drugs) on the PRESUMPTION that schizophrenia is a biological DISEASE, a presumption for which their is not the slightest shred of evidence.
I am proud to have participated in a number of CCHR documentaries on the evils and oppression of drug psychiatry and I am proud that I have not been a member of the American Psychiatric Association for decades because of my disgust with their incorrect and dangerous alliance with pharmaceutical medicine to the point at which there is nothing admirable or useful in “Biological Psychiatry” as it loves to call itself. Shame on you, my fellow physicians who have become prostitutes for poisoners with no science to guide you, only herd behavior and money. Shame on you. When we realized that the most central point of pressure to defeat the genocidal Uber Cartel’s plans for what the corrupt and dangerous World Health Organization likes to call a “sustainable planet” (sustainable for them, that is, with 90% of humanity — us — gone) is food, clean, unadulterated food, we also realized that just talking about the fact that this was the pressure point was not good enough.
We reasoned that it was up to us to put our shoulder to that wheel and bring together the resources to create a teaching center where everything known to the natural solutions community — about food, health and freedom — is put into action for the sake of “discovery, development, documentation, demonstration and dissemination.”
Led by our Foundation President General Stubblebine’s experience, we looked at every country in the world, considering a detailed matrix of factors and, after a three year search came to the conclusion that the best place on the planet to create this global teaching center would be the temperate, fertile, peaceful, plentiful and comfortable Highlands of Panama.
General Bert and I moved there nearly 2 years ago to continue our health freedom work with another hat: not only as Trustees of the Natural Solutions Foundation — writing, traveling, teaching, disseminating, instigating and solving political problems — but also as the “boots on the ground” (which makes a funny hat!) developing the Valley of the Moon™ Eco Demonstration Project.
We designed that program in 3 phases.
Phase I was the assessment phase — what and how we were going to do here in Chiriqui, Panama, and how we were going to do it. Phase I has been accomplished.
Phase II is the development of interim properties where education, replication, and development can take place.
This includes the Headquarters Finca (farm) in Volcan with its greenhouses (see: www.FoodFreedomeJournal.org) and the about-to-open Dr Rima Institute. See: www.DrRima.net. It also includes the Valley of the Moon All Natural Coffee Finca, where we’ve demonstrated how to control the local coffee-loving mold to produce the extraordinary coffee you can enjoy, www.ValleyoftheMoonCoffee.org. Phase II is underway.
Yes, this summer will see the opening of the Natural Solutions Center (which has acquired the nickname of the Dr. Rima Institute but which is much more than a health center.)
It is also a BeyondOrganic Restaurant and Cafe, a teaching kitchen, a seminar center.
We will be conducting Clinical Trials there of natural products to help the wellness industry meet the draconian requirements of the FDA and FTC for clincial trials which, using drug company budgets, cost millions to hundreds of millions of dollars. We will be teaching children, adults and communities how to practice small scale BeyondOrganic gardening to provide their families with the clean, healthy veggies they need.
We will be producing clean, healthy food and providing it to the folks in Panama who cannot find any clean food otherwise. In fact, we are already doing that with clean baked goods, diary products made with clean, raw milk, fruit products, eggs and chickens. Our product line is growing and so is our customer base, with the encouragement of the government of Panama!
Oh, yes, we are providing our coffee to eager customers, too!
But there’s more. Most food is produced by farmers and we are in the middle of the farming region that feeds Panama. It is hideously contaminated by chemicals to kill weeds, bugs, mold and anything else that gets in the farmers’ way.
There are no upper residue limits. There are few limitations on the chemicals that can be used. There is nothing like a requirement for protection for workers or the environment. Food production is a no-man’s land with all of the Agricultural Chema giants here urging the use of more and more toxic chemicals. They continually misinform the farmers regarding the nature of these substances and the threat to the health of the farmers and their families.
So we are in the process of teaching farmers how to reclaim the fertility of their land while increasing their yields. And that brings us to Finca Rommel.

You see, the farmers growing food through the use of chemicals here in Panama and in the US and in India, and Africa, and China and South America, everywhere, have unwittingly created an addiction in their land. They have destroyed its fertility through synthetic fertilizers and then, because their crops were so weak, when pests, provided by nature to attack sick plants, and weeds, put there to crowd out the weaker plants, threatened the farmer’s livelihood, they used chemicals to kill the pests and kill the weeds.
But the balance of nature does not just lie down and die. Having killed the pests and weeds, the plants became weaker, growing season after growing season, because the minerals and beneficial bugs and bacteria were depleted, too. So the farmers throw more toxins into the soil to get bigger leaves and fruits increasingly devoid of either the vitality to sustain themselves or us when we eat them. Year by year, the fertility of the land is destroyed. Spray by spray, the capacity of the land to sustain itself, and life, is destroyed.
And so are the farmers, whose bodies respond with cancer, with infertility, with lung and skin and eye diseases. And so do their wives, their children and the children that they and their babies will never have because of the multi-generation impact of the poisons with which they are coating themselves, the food and the earth.
I would say that is a problem. And the solution is not just sustainable agriculture in your own back yard (although that is a very good solution in the small scale), but teaching farmers how to break the addiction of their land to toxic chemicals.
To do that, of course, you have to be able to teach at the cognitive and at the hands-on level. That is why we are in the process of creating a Land Reclamation Farm and Farm School as well as our BeyondOrganic BioDynamic ZeroEmissiions Farm and Farm School which will be part of Phase III.

7. Homes for those who want to live in a private house, as I do.
8. Community Center
9. Seminar and Teaching Center
We did not intend it that way, but as it happens, the Natural Solutions Corporation, which is chartered in Panama, is a qualified offshore placement for assets, including self directed IRAs and 401s. Certainly we are watching (and from which we are suffering!) the failure of large bureaucracies to meet significant human needs. As free person we have the right to live our own lives, making our own decisions, without trespass and oppression. This is the fundamental right of self-sovereignty for which progressive people have struggled for the past half millennium. And the cause of personal autonomy has had many stellar victories: the abolition of chattel slavery throughout the world, the emancipation of women, the end of state-controlled religion in at least the western world. However, with the growth of national and international bureaucracies in recent decades, many of those hard-won freedoms are being eroded.
It is certainly true that we are losing our personal autonomy when it comes to the choices we can make about what gets into our own bodies. Whether it’s toxins permitted by FDA in the food supply, as part of that agency’s HARMonization with Codex excess permissiveness, or whether it is the Federal agency that failed to follow-up on BP 139 safety violations (when their next nearest competitor had only 8)… these bureaucracies are failing. Clearly BP’s corporate bureaucracy failed and dozens died; millions are being hurt. Perhaps billions of us will be subjected to the toxic overload created by this catastrophe and the botched clean-up, with its added load of toxins. We are all at risk, no matter how far from the Gulf we may live.
We therefore offer you a possible explanation, from a Yahoo Groups posting by RK Moore: June 19, 2010

It is in this context that we need to consider the events in the Gulf.

>When the Valdez spill occurred in Alaska, there was no reason to suspect that it was an intentional act, designed to destroy the local environment. It was clearly an accident, due to inadequate safety measures, and everyone involved wishes it had never happened. There was no motive for intentionality, even though there were means and opportunity.

> But now in the Gulf, in the midst of a switchover process that calls for drastic depopulation, motive clearly enters the picture. What better way to move the project forward? Whatever toxic brew they cook up in the Gulf will be spread by the Gulf Stream all over the Atlantic Ocean and coastal areas, and into the global current system. And when the hurricanes begin, which they soon will, the toxic brew will be sprayed all over the Gulf region, making large areas of the coastal states, and probably all of Florida, uninhabitable and toxic to crops and creatures.

They tapped into a major migration channel of abiotic oil, deep down at the level where volcanos originate, and all kinds of toxic gases are being released along with the oil, under enormous pressure that cannot be contained and is leaking out from many places in the Gulf. And in case that’s not toxic enough, they’re adding all that Corexit, a neuro toxin banned in Europe because of bitter experience with its toxicity.

> None of this can be chalked up to accident. The geological properties of the area, and the nature of the deep oil system, were well known to the experts. The Gulf is one of the oldest and most studied drilling areas in the world. Any legitimate attempt to tap into that deep oil system would have called for better-than- usual safety measures, not systematically shoddy safety measures. Deep Water Horizon was an accident meant to happen, and the witnesses have been scared into silence.

> Consider in addition these points, from the ‘BP Oil Spill False Flag’ article above:
> – Sales of shares and stocks in days and weeks beforehand
> – Halliburton link, acquisition of cleanup company days before explosion
> – BP report cites undocumented tampering with well sealing equipment

>So we have motive, means, opportunity, and an abundance of circumstantial evidence, all pointing to an intentional depopulation project. In conclusion, let’s consider the modus operandi of the NWO, the parallels between this operation and some of their other operations.

>First of all, there’s the ‘shock and awe’ tactic: a decisive and unexpected first-strike into new apocalyptic territory: first 9/11, then the financial collapse, and now the gusher. Each one, in its own way, changing the world instantly and forever, and each covered over by a systematic disinformation campaign in the global mass media, and a confusion campaign in the alternative media and in conspiracy circles.

>Second, there’s the ‘shock doctrine’ tactic: grabbing as much apocalyptic territory as possible, after the first strike. With 9/11, they grabbed the Constitution and the justification for two wars. With the financial collapse, they got by with the bailout scam, and grabbed the West’s national treasuries.

>They haven’t starting grabbing yet in the case of the gusher, but it’s clear where they’re heading: forced evacuation to FEMA camps of millions of Gulf residents. In this way the NWO will be grabbing an opportunity to unleash martial law on a grand scale in the Southeastern USA, so that we’ll all get used to it, like we got used to airport security and torture. It’s not that elites like martial law particularly, it’s just that the switchover project can’t succeed without martial law being readily deployable wherever needed.

>The folks who will be evacuated from the Gulf region can expect the same kind of ‘relief’ that was experienced by the folks in New Orleans and Haiti, which were practice exercises for the NWO’s disaster-relief protocol. This protocol is an expression of the shock doctrine, and what it means is that disaster victims are treated more or less as insurgents, and the investment bankster vultures come in to lay claim to whatever assets have been freed up by the forced relocations. Each disaster is a new redevelopment opportunity, and those who die contribute to the depopulation agenda. That’s why relief supplies were blocked by the US military from being distributed in Haiti during the first few critical days, to make sure those trapped by the earthquake wouldn’t survive.
