An Open Letter to Kent Heckenlively, Esq.
Legal Editor, Age of Autism And the Age of Autism Community

Dear Counsel Heckenlively and Age of Autism Community,

The Trustees of the Natural Solutions Foundation, www.HealthFreedomUSA.org, read with great interest, and with some distress, your call for “safe vaccines”. While we commend your efforts to protect our children (and, increasingly, all of us) from unsafe vaccines, we must respectfully inform you, after careful and extensive investigation, the Trustees of the Foundation have come to a unanimous conclusion: there simply is no such thing as a safe vaccine.

We are, like you, students of history and we are aware that the medical system, through its doctors, nurses and other noble, honored (and therefore, useful and deeply embedded) members of society has been used far too many times to carry out the anything-but-noble ends of the “masters” who seek to profit from, cull, control, or otherwise use, rather than serve, the members of society.

We have, in fact, coined the term “Eugenicide” (“cleansing” through mass death) for this use of the medical profession for dark ulterior purposes, sometimes, as in the Nazi preoccupation with “purity”, not ulterior at all.

You say that you are doing what the medical community should have been doing in the first place, when they were injecting and violating the prime health care directive, “Do No Harm” and we commend you for that.

We disagree, however, with the notion that there can, in fact, be such a thing as a “safe vaccine”.

First, the Trustees of the Foundation suggest a few questions about the stated goals of the Green Vaccine Initiative: You state that your objectives are:

1. Research/Testing – Oregon requests the federal government to return the records of the Vaccine Safety Data-Link from private industry and make them available to independent researchers, conduct a study of vaccinated and unvaccinated children, study the health effects of aluminum adjuvants, and other substances used in vaccines like hydrolyzed gelatin and sorbitol.

We ask: Why would you trust the federal government to do a reliable, non political and non-industry controlled – and therefore distorted – study, or to return the missing data unaltered?

If the federal government could be trusted, those known toxins and other products of junk science would not be in the vaccines without extensive safety testing. They are present in vaccines precisely because the Feds cannot be trusted.

2. Disclosure/Informed Consent – Comparison of Oregon schedules with that of the CDC and other first world countries and full disclosure of vaccine ingredients, as well as the level of safety testing on them.

We say: The Natural Solutions Foundation takes an unequivocal stand against all forced vaccines and we see no significant scientific agreement among independent scientists, physicians and researchers in support of any vaccination, but we applauded all efforts to reduce the harm that vaccines can cause by ensuring the widest possible philosophical and religious exemptions.

3. Banning – Thimerosal ban across the board, as well as the flu shot for pregnant women, multiple vaccinations at a single visit, a six month ban on vaccines for premature births, and three months for any infant.

We ask: If vaccines are that dangerous, why would they ever have been permitted in the first place? Is sufficient science to conclude a simple timing ban could be sufficient to protect vaccine recipients? Asking the fox to guard the chicken coop is not very good security policy when 10% of the surviving chickens have been damaged by the fox already.

4. Changes to Existing Law – Adding a philosophical exemption for Oregon, reducing required vaccines, restriction of the Vaccine Act of 1986 to unavoidably unsafe components of vaccines, and additional rights of military personnel to choose alternative vaccination schedules.

We ask: What IS a safe vaccine? You can talk about safe strychnine, but that does mean that there is such a thing.? We have yet to see any robust scientific proof that a safe vaccine exists, other than a vaccine which is not administered. Thus we certainly support all exemptions.

5. Consumer/Parental Choice – Giving parents the freedom to choose aluminum and formaldehyde free vaccines, a different vaccination schedule, a titer check before vaccination, as well as one for mitochondrial disorders which might be exacerbated by a vaccine, and the right to have multiple vaccines such as MMR split up into individual doses.

We note: Nowhere in your five point agenda does the idea of giving the parents the option of refusing vaccines altogether appear, except in the case of exercising a religious or philosophical exemption. We would suggest that the basic right to protect children rests with their parents and guardians, so that the Right to Refuse all vaccines might well be your first agenda item. I hope after reading this letter, it becomes just that.

We thank you for suggesting the points you have, which were, we are certain, well-intentioned and which have given us an opportunity to clarify our own thinking about these matters, through this dialogue. To continue our analysis of the Green Vaccine thrust, our reading of both history and the scientific literature makes it very clear that the reason that there is no such things as a safe vaccine is that the entire premise of vaccination rests in, at best, very, very bad science and, at worst, knowing deception.

1. The deception goes back to Jenner himself. This self-proclaimed “Father of Inoculation” published the “results” of his “experiments” before they were actually conducted, ignored all negative results and caused, single-handedly, major world-wide epidemics of both smallpox and leprosy since infective materials from open lesions of these diseases were used as the innoculum, or introduced substance, in millions of people world wide, causing these diseases, but producing no immunity to them unless the sufferers happened to survive the induced disease.

This, of course, is virtually identical to the nasal mist Seasonal Flu and H1N1 Swine Flu vaccines which, while allegedly mercury and aluminum free, are known to cause the very infection which they allege to protect against. They not only cause it, they spread it, making the use of injectable vaccines seem less risky (but for the toxic mercury “preservative” and adjuvants) when the very vaccination process creates the disease it is supposedly “designed” to prevent.

2. Vaccination campaigns cause pandemics. Numerous epidemiologists and scholars have repeatedly shown the correlation between vaccination campaigns and epidemics/pandemics. Whether we are discussing smallpox, diphtheria, measles, meningitis or any other disease, the correlation is linear and horrifying. The relationship is, in fact, inevitable since the vaccines damage and weaken the immune system without providing immunity in most, perhaps all people while the infection is induced in those whose immune system has become weakened in large numbers of people.

3. No proof exists that vaccines provide any immunity. There is no significant scientific agreement among independent scientists that the “recommended” post vaccination antibody titer of 1:40 is known to provide immunity. According to the CDC, FDA, WHO and other “authoritative” sources, this titer is THOUGHT to provide such protection. Since the establishment refuses to carry out studies in which some subjects are vaccinated and others are given sham vaccination, there is no, repeat NO, reliable, scientific proof that there is anything like immunity conferred by these antibodies.

What is know, however, is that post vaccine antibodies are not the same as those produced following natural exposure in the absence of the many, and untested, adjuvants and ingredients present in vaccines. They are assumed to provide, for example, AT BEST, immunity in about 25% of inoculated persons according to those same sources. But since the controlled double blind studies have never been carried out, even this is a “best guess,” not science.

4. Vaccines are contaminated with viruses and proteins causing immense, life long, and often life threatening, damage for decades or longer. All vaccines are widely known by immunologists and vaccine scientists, to carry stealth viruses (such as the leukemia-inducing SV40, present in polio vaccines and others produced in monkey renal cells) which cause large numbers of cancers and other diseases in the recipients, often decades after administration. They also contain egg protein, cell fragments of cancer-laden cells, the proteins and cell fragments of aborted human fetuses and other horrific contaminants which must not, under any circumstances, be injected into the bodies of anyone, baby, child, adolescent, adult or aged person. The concept of a “safe vaccine” knowingly contaminated with stray protein and known and unknown viruses is not one that makes any sense scientifically. There is no such thing as a totally pure vaccine and until [and IF] there is, the concept of a “safe vaccine” has no meaning.

5. The Federal government exempts itself and other vaccine pushers from legal liability, approves and recommends these dangerous drugs. The recommendations of the CDC, through its industry-controlled ACIP, like those of the industry controlled WHO committees, are designed to accomplish one goal: sell vaccines. There is no independent body which has examined the scientific data for and against vaccination in general, or specific vaccines or types of vaccines in particular which has found any science-based reason for vaccination of either individuals or large groups of people. This is perhaps the reason the insurance industry has refused to offer vaccine injury coverage, deeming vaccination an uninsurable risk.

“Philanthropic” groups and organizations providing large numbers of vaccines to third world countries either provide them under the mistaken notion that there is a scientific basis for such vaccination or as part of a well-orchestrated attempt to sell vaccine doses or, worse, with eugenocidal intent. These vaccine doses frequently contain twice as much – or more – mercury as those provided to our children (and non-children) in the United States.

6. The World Health Organization has been studying the use of vaccines to induce involuntary infertility since 1974. It has deployed these permanent infertility agents in third world countries all over the world. What assurance do we have that the future fertility of children, of pregnant women, adolescents and adults, will not be similarly impaired by vaccines now on the ACIP and state schedules? The fact that health departments in various countries, non-third world ones, as you specify, have been misled, or worse, is no assurance that their decisions are a suitable guide for either the State of Oregon or anywhere else in the US or outside of it.

The Natural Solutions Foundation has written extensively about the commitment of the WHO to population reduction through vaccination, among other means. Why would you consider any vaccine safe when their ingredients are declared on a label which may be inaccurate, as the labels in India, the Philippines, Bangladesh, Thailand, Nigeria, Nicaragua, Kenya and a host of other countries may be. Are you so sure that the Kissinger Doctrine of Population Reduction (NSM 200, 1974), adopted by the US in that year, and never repudiated, will not extend to the children of Oregon? The Trustees of the Foundation is not so sanguine.

7. The Natural Solutions Foundation currently has two major legal actions underway to deal with vaccines. We invite you and your members to join us in both of them. The first is a Citizens Petition, authorized under the First Amendment of the United States, which memorializes our Right of Petition for the Redress of Grievances to compel the FTC to prohibit any advertising or communication under its jurisdiction which states, implies or leaves the impression that vaccines are either safe or effective, or both, since vaccines have never been proven to be safe, effective or safe and effective.

The second legal action is our Stop the Shot Litigation. You state in your Quick Guide the Green Vaccine Initiative, http://www.ageofautism.com/2009/11/a-.html?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+ageofautism+%28AGE+OF+AUTISM%29&utm_content=Yahoo!+Mail, that there will be no relief through the legal system because all suits go through the Vaccine Court. The Natural Solutions Foundation agrees that all suits of a particular type go through that Court in which there is little likelihood of relief. The Vaccine Court system is rigged.

We also understand that vaccines are so dangerous that the ever-industry-compliant FDA gave the vaccine, including the pandemic vaccine industry, total immunity from law suits filed for injury, as well as giving themselves and their agents such total indemnity as well. This is totally unconscionable and should be the focus of wide spread counter pressure to reverse this outrageous violation of our collective and individual rights to sue those who harm us.

But, even in the face of that atrocity, the courts are still open to us. In fact, we have initiated the Stop the Shot legal action to force the FDA to abandon its ill advised and dangerous approval of 5 “Swine Flu” vaccines which have never been tested for safety and to halt the use of all other flu vaccines since they are especially dangerous, according to impartial scientific analysis and review.

Two states, New York and New Jersey, have rescinded their flu vaccine mandates rather than face the consequences of Federal legal action. We are now readying the next phase of the suit to bring these vaccinations to a halt since they are unsafe, untested, unnecessary and uninsurable. We invite you and your organization to join us in these efforts. Since you are an attorney, we would like to invite you to join our legal team, which includes a number of well-known health freedom lawyers and which is working tirelessly on this suit.

You state that the Green Vaccines initiative “simply seeks to do the same job the medical community should have been doing all these years”. If by that you mean that the medical community should have been protecting its patients from dangerous, untested, unnecessary, unsafe and uninsurable products which they have been jabbing into bodies not able to recover from those assaults, we agree with you totally. If, on the other hand, it is being suggested that the medical community should have been asking drug manufacturers and politicians to cherry pick the dangers, leaving only some in, while leaving others out, we could only reluctantly agree if there were a scientific reason for the hazard (and exposure to the hazard was always voluntary only). There is, however, no such reason.

Even the much-vaunted “victory over polio” which is used as the sine qua non of vaccine triumphs, turns out to be made of dust and ashes – and leukemia.

In fact, polio may very well be an environmental neurological disease, not a viral one created by such neurotoxins as DDT, once sprayed with impunity on human habitations and humans. It is a massively toxic substance which causes documented harm to the nervous system, particularly the anterior horn cells, the target area of dysfunction in what is generally called Polio Myelitis. The decline of the disease corresponds linearly not with the inoculations’ of untold millions, but with the discontinuation of the widely used neurotoxin, DDT. It is such a toxic substance that DDT is one of only 12 Persistent Organic Pollutants (“POPs”) banned by the 2001 Stockholm Convention, signed by 174 countries, including the USA.

In fact, according to the CDC website on the topic, the principle cause of polio today is the polio vaccine.
The fact is that the poliovirus was never characterized according to Koch’s postulates. When ground-up monkey brains were injected into the brains of healthy monkeys, they developed neurological damage, as one with even a rudimentary knowledge of immunology would predict. The newly sick monkeys were concluded not to have an iatrogenic disease, but to have succumbed to the presence of an uncharacterized virus. A “vaccine” against the uncharacterized virus was prepared using a leukemia-infected simian kidney cell line and a leukemia epidemic was born, while polio was neither killed nor conquered.

There are no necessary vaccines. There are no safe vaccines. There are no insurable vaccines and there are no scientifically supported vaccines. The Trustees of the Natural Solutions Foundation invite you, Counsel Heckenlively, to join us in our actions to create a truly Green Vaccine: one that is not administered.

The myth that vaccines have helped to control diseases is perpetuated by robotic repetition of tobacco science. In fact, every communicable disease which is no longer a burden to humans has been controlled by hygiene and nutrition. Once again, the data are irrefutable. The Natural Solutions Foundation has published extensively on this reality and will be happy to share references with you and your group if a simple Internet search does not turn up all the references you need.

In short, we concur with, and support you goals: safe, healthy children, strong parental rights and lack of coercion in health decisions. We differ only with the notion that such a thing as a “safe” vaccine exists or can exist.

CODEX NUTRIENT REFERENCE VALUES THREATEN YOUR SUPPLEMENTS – BY STEALTH

Attending a Codex meeting makes me remember Edmund Burke’s famous saying, “All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.”

Most of the delegates attending these meetings have less than no idea what is actually going on and so, sadly, they do nothing to change the intended outcome of Codex: degradation of the world’s food supply.

Why? One reason is that the glossy, highly science-like materials and propaganda they are given by Codex (largely from the WHO, FAO, US, EU and Australia), look, to the casual observer, pretty solid. They are not. They are, in fact, glossed up, glossed over junk science. You’ll see a perfect example when we get to the “Nutrient Reference Value Upper Daily Intake Limits” from the Institute of Medicine in a little bit.

The second reason is that while people in the developing world may revile the political and military activities of the US, they revere, yes, revere, the science of the US. They do not realize that when they stand aside in breathless awe of, for example, Nutrient Reference Values produced by the US Institute of Medicine (IOM) as – hold onto your hats – UPPER LIMITS for DAILY NUTRIENT INTAKE these upper limits:

1. Violate current US law if they were to be enacted since nutrients are to be considered as foods and, as such, may have no upper limits set for them under the 1994 Dietary Supplements Health and Education (DSHEA) legislation, passed by unanimous Congressional assent.

2. Have been set to concur with the limits proposed by CCNFSDU’s chair, Dr. Rolf Grossklaus, retiring this year, by the way, for Maximum Permissible Upper Limits on nutrients. These same absurd and dangerously low levels will go into effect in the European Union through its Food Supplements Directive this December 31, 2009.

These Upper Intake Limits are so low that they are incapable of even preventing nutrient deficiencies, let alone promoting health.

Dr. Schneeman, in what looked to me like a well-scripted performance, allowed as how, although she had not thought about it before (!), since dietary supplements are foods under US law, well, yes it would seem that these Upper Limits would apply to them as well. This is, of course, contrary to US law. But remember that the FDA’s Codex game is to ramrod things through Codex that violate US law and then come home and tell the US that we have to go along with it since Codex requires it. If we don’t they say, the WTO will sock us with horrific trade sanctions and we don’t want to loose that money, do we? That, after all, is precisely how we got fructose in the beverage supply, with its consequence of childhood obesity and diabetes.

Nutrient Reference Values are specified for labeling purposes only – at this point. What is expected to happen is that they will first become the standard of international trade (isolating and weakening the US nutrient industry, by the way) and then the national standard of the developing world. Once that happens, you can be sure that they will become the US standard if we do not act now to protect our high potency nutrients.

If you take a good, strong multi-nutrient (a good one requires 6 pills per day to get the proper level of nutrients each day!) check out these Nutrient Reference Value UPPER INTAKE LIMITS. I promise you will be shocked and appalled.

Nutrient Reference Values vitamins and minerals (NRVs) are to be used for labeling so that consumers know what their upper limit nutrient intakes should be and what percentage of that intake they are getting in the foods they purchase, no matter where they are from. They are intended for everyone over 36 months of age regardless of state, sex, medical condition, pregnancy, biological absorption capacities, etc.

These NRVs were proposed by South Korea: in fact, it came out in the discussion that Australia gave them to SK which had NO idea what they meant or where they came from. The US and Canada were deeply involved in that process, too.

Although they are purely for labeling right now, these upper limit values are expected to be adopted by national entities when they have reached Step 8 [final ratification], according to the discussion which took place on the floor of the Codex meeting.

Where the Upper Intake Limits have been changed from earlier proposed levels, the original is in parenthesis.

Technical note: Codex says “Numerical information on vitamins and minerals should be expressed in metric units and/or as a percentage of the Nutrient Reference Value per 100g or per 100 ml or per package if the package contains only a single portion. In addition, this information may be given per serving as quantified on the lable or per portion provided that the number of portions contained in the package is stated. This information is contained in Para 3.4.4 of the PROPOSED DRAFT ADDITIONAL REVISED NUTRIENT REFERENCE VALUES FOR LABELING PURPOSES IN THE CODEX GUIDELINES OF NUTRITION at Step 3, Cx/NFSDU 09/31/4

3. Are supposedly merely for labeling purposes to tell consumers how much of their daily upper intake levels, if they are over 36 months of age, they are getting from whatever it is they are looking at

4. This is the part where it gets dangerous — These standards will be adopted by countries around the world as their international and domestic limits on nutrients since they will use the Nutrient Reference Value Upper Intake Limits as their guidelines. This was spelled out quite clearly during the meeting and in conversations that I had with delegates at the meeting

5. This is even worse — they will, I believe, be used by the United States FDA to lower not only intake levels, but set upper limits for nutrients both for international trade and for consumer use.

So, once again, Codex junk science will mandate under nutrition for most of the world’s people. Those people will include the US if current policy prevails. This is Arrow Number 1 in the genocidal quiver: degrade the food supply in every way possible and mandate such low nutrient values that the levels of cancer, heart disease, stroke, diabetes and obesity rise to universal cataclysm.

By the way, at this Codex meeting I heard plans laid for meetings in 2012, 2013 and beyond. It looks like our speculation that Codex was simply too far behind schedule to be finished by December 31, 2009. Whew! That gives us more time for more pushback!

Stop the Shot Litigation Report

I was in Washington Thursday for the Federal court hearing on standing for the Stop the Shot case, along with Dr. Paul G. King, Leslie Fourton, Esq. (Dr. Gary Null’s lawyer) and Jim Turner, Esq. (Foundation for Health Choice attorney).

Judge Reggie Walton did not allow the case to remain in the Federal court at this time. He said that once NY suspended the mandate there was no longer a “case or controversy” under the Federal constitution.

He urged us to participate in the administrative process started by NY to make the mandates permanent and told us we could come back to court if new mandates are enacted.

Further, he did not let us amend the complaint to include the NJ plaintiffs (NJ remains the only state with a flu vaccine mandate, for children under 5) and told us to re-file those claims as a separate case. We are working on that right now…

There is, I am happy to say, no shortage of good information on the health absurdities we are being fed and expected to wallow in and gobble down. By now the disinformation and misinformation about Swine Flu and the use of dangerous drugs (and, truth to tell, they are all dangerous) is everywhere. Nurses Got Sick From the Swine Flu Vaccine

UPDATE: 190 Adverse Reactions, 1 Suspected Death

On October 20th, 30 people had been reporting to the authorities in Sweden that they experienced such severe side effects from the swine flu vaccine that they felt the need to contact a hospital. A day later the number was 140. The Swedish newspaper Expressen is the only one in Sweden reporting on these cases and as usual this is most likely only the tip of a rather large iceberg. According to Dagens Nyheter (Sweden’s largest conservative newspaper) the number of reported side effects is over 190. One person died after the injection but “no direct relation with the injection has been established”. The biggest medical scandal in the history of Sweden has just started.

Even so, Annika Linde, director of The Swedish Institute for Infectious Disease Control (SMI) manages to spin this into something positive by stating “The vaccine has more side effects than the normal flu vaccine. It is a sign that proves that it gives an effective protection.”

Thousands of Swedes have been vaccinated so far and the reports of side effects are “flooding in” to The Swedish Institute for Infectious Disease Control (SMI). Annika Linde says “It is obviously so that the vaccine against the swine flu results in more side effects than the normal flu vaccines. That is because the swine flu vaccine contains adjuvants, shark liver oil, which triggers the immune defense to respond. That also results in that the protection against the virus becomes better.”

Several severe cases of allergic reactions are reported to the unit for medicinal safety. “So far the reported side effects are not unexpected”, says Gunilla Sjölin Forsberg. This unit has now asked some of the many units that vaccinate to report side effects to better get a grip on the situation. This statement alone is shocking since according to normal practice, all side effects should automatically be reported – right?

A nurse who took the shot on Wednesday last week is still feeling sick. She got high fever and shivers from the swine flu shot. “I was shaking in my whole body. It was so severe that I could not even hold a glass of water in my hand” Lotta Lindström says. “I am now thinking about what it is I have been injected with? I really was affected. It feels really unpleasant.”

Maria Strindlund (age 27) is not so sure she made the right choice to take the shot. She also got a severe fever and shivering reaction. “Since I work as a nurse, I decided it was the best thing to do” she says. At first she felt nothing from the vaccination, but a few hours later the side effects kicked in. “I got a extreme pain in my arm. I could no longer lift it. Then came the fever and the shivering. I was lying in bed shivering and was feeling very cold and stood in a hot shower to get warm.” She says many colleagues who also took the vaccine have had similar reactions. She has been taking many vaccines in the past without any reactions whatsoever.

Rebecka Andersson (age 32) was the first person to get the shot in Sweden. She became feverish and felt sick to her stomach from the shot. “I lost all energy” she says. “I am normally never sick so I understood it must be the vaccine.” Her class mate was vaccinated at the same time and she states that five out of nineteen also got sick from the swine flu vaccine.

Lotta Lindström (age 49), a nurse, states that she got the shot a week ago and still is not well. “It feels very worrying” she says. “I did not sleep anything the night after the shot since the pain in my arm was so severe.” The day after, at work, the fever came. She later had headaches. She still today, a week after the shot feels sick.

Another nurse, Jenney (age 26), could hardly walk five meters after she got sick from the swine flu vaccination. She was completely healthy when she got the shot but the day after she had 39 degrees centigrade fever (102.2 F). “I could hardly walk the five meters I had to the bathroom” she says. The fever lasted for three days. Several of her colleagues at work had similar experiences. “I know of at least ten that got fever, we are about 80 people at my workplace.”
