Our guest was Rev. Tony Muhammad of the Nation of Islam. Brother Tony is a son of Hon. Louis Farrakhan, leader of the Nation of Islam. The interview was prompted by Brother Tony’s announcement that the Nation was planning a “Million Person March” (as part of the Twentieth Anniversary of the famous Million Man March held in Washington, DC during 1995) to confront vaccination misinformation during October 2015.

Brother Tony revealed to us that within the past month Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and the Hon. Rev. Lous Farrakhan met and reviewed the irrefutable evidence* that the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) of the United States Government has known for at least a decade that the Rotovirus Vaccine is linked to significant adverse reactions and that black boys are 500% more likely to have such reactions than others. He estimated that there were over 100,000 added autistic boys in the black community triggered by the vaccine during the decade since the danger was known to the Government, but not revealed to the public.

Hon. Rev. Farrakhan has charged Brother Tony with authority to reach out to the larger black and general communities to stop all mandated vaccines.
.
The Hon. Elijah Muhammad, Prophet of the Nation of Islam, taught in the 1930s that members of the Religion were not to vaccinate, but rather, were to achieve and maintain a healthy status through hygeine, nutrition, fasting, purification and natural means.
.
Brother Tony adamently rejected the notion that the Nation of Islam was opposed to other religious groupings and responded openly to Dr. Rima’s questioning about concerns regarding anti-Jewish sentiments. He reiterated that forced vaccination threatens all communities and that all people of good will need to unite to stop vaccine mandates.

Based in California, Brother Tony was particularly concerned with SB-277, the draconian forced-vaxx law recently enacted by the corrupt California Legislature and signed by the erstwhile liberal Governor of California, Jerry Brown, abrogating philosophical and religious conscientious objections to the uninsurable risks of what the US Supreme Court calls “unavoidably unsafe” vaccines. He also expressed opposition to pending bill SB-972 which would force child day care workers to be vaccinated as well; if enacted, this bill would be the first law in the nation to impose such an adult vaccine mandate.

Nobody has the power to stick a needle* in your body without your Informed Consent. The US Supreme Court says you have a “privacy interest in preventing a government agent from piercing the… skin.” (Missouri vs McNeely, 133 S.Ct. 1552, 2013).

Nobody has the power to make you surrender your Rights (such as to Informed Consent) in order to receive a public benefit (such as schooling for your children). The US Supreme Court calls that an “unconstitutional condition” (Dolan v. City of Tigard, 512 U.S. 374, 1994)
No government anywhere has authority to mandate any (even emergency) medical intervention, absent a due process competency hearing. The UN Universal Human Rights Declaration says your rights must be determined by a fair, individualized court proceeding.

Historically, legal moves for involuntary medical intervention have always been initiated by a family member, doctor or other guardian, with a due process hearing right covering both Informed Consent and competency. To the contrary, the new forced vaxx push is built on legislative enactments without individualized due process, violating Jacobson v Mass (1905).

Background: On June 11, 2015 the Informed Consent Petition was filed with Regulations.gov at 4:49 PM (see Receipt below). The Petition has now been posted at Regulations.Gov as Docket FDA-2015-P-2149. A formal Petition under the Administrative Procedures Act is not just a paper plea; if FDA does not act, we can ask the Federal Courts to intervene. We need your help to make that happen.

With the advent of the profit-driven mandatory universal vaccination effort in the US and elsewhere, passing laws to force and coerce vaccination, punishing non-vaccinating persons and more, the basic legal principle of Informed Consent is being, quite literally, trashed. Act now or it will be too late.

Despite the binding nature of the Nuremberg Code, which enshrines Informed Consent in the US and abroad, government agencies act as if it were not applicable law. It is.

If Rep. Wilson gets her way, Congress will punish States that protect philosophical and religious vaccination conscientious objectors. Her Bill, HR 2232, introduced May 1st* does just that. Read what it says; it’s all bad, but we’ve indicated the worst parts in red. Note: Federal funding of state schools is being used to punish states that allow exemptions.

“REQUIREMENT.—For a State or a political subdivision or other public entity of a State to be eligible to receive a grant under this section, the applicant shall demonstrate to the Secretary’s satisfaction that, subject to paragraphs (2) and (3), the State requires each student enrolled in one of the State’s public elementary schools or public secondary schools to be vaccinated in accordance with the recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices. [Emphasis added.]“ (2) EXCEPTION FOR CHILD’S HEALTH.—The funding condition described in paragraph (1) shall not apply with respect to a student if a duly registered and licensed physician submits a written certification at the beginning of the school year to the individual in charge of the health program at the student’s school—
“ (A) certifying that the physician has personally examined the student during the preceding 12 months; and
“ (B) certifying that, in the physician’s opinion, the physical condition of the student is such that the student’s health would be endangered by the vaccination involved; and
“ (C) demonstrating (to the satisfaction of the individual in charge of the health program at the student’s school) that the physician’s opinion conforms to the accepted standard of medical care.

Put simply, all philosophical and religious objections would have to be abolished by the States, in submission to the power of the Federal Purse. All medical excuses would be subject to the stated very strict regulations that violate the patient/doctor relationship and unreasonably restrict the practice of medicine.

Congresswoman Wilson proposes the use of “element[s] of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion…” as outlawed by the Nuremberg Code. If her absurd and dangerous Bill became law, she would be an accessory to a Crime Against Humanity, when the first doctor or nurse injected the first forced vaccination into the body of an unwilling person. And in every school-related vaccine crime against humanity thereafter, including every adverse reaction.

Here is how the US Supreme Court put it in 2013:

We each have a “privacy interest in preventing a government agent from piercing their skin… this Court has never retreated from its recognition that any compelled intrusion into the human body implicates significant, constitutionally protected privacy interests…”

Over 100 years earlier, the Supreme Court explicitly acknowledged judicial protection in vaccine cases. One decision often cited as the “lead case” in vaccination law, Jacobson v. Commonwealth of Massachusetts, 197 U.S. 11 (1905). This case is often erroneously cited as “authority” for mandatory vaccinations.
.The case is rather more nuanced and announces compelling authority for Federal Court intervention in vaccination matters. While giving due deference to the State authorities, the Supreme Court reserved for the Federal Courts the right to intervene in matters where health and life may be at stake: “…if it be apparent or can be shown with reasonable certainty that he is not at the time a fit subject of vaccination or that vaccination, by reason of his then condition, would seriously impair his health or probably cause his death.” [Emphasis added.]
.
While Jacobson did not prevail in the Supreme Court, it is to be noted that he never alleged harm or peril of harm; he only alleged that the mandating of the emergency influenza vaccination was ultra vires the state’s authority and the $5.00 fine imposed was unconstitutional. Jacobson was never actually forced to be vaccinated and history shows us that the $5.00 fine was later dropped.

So why would a Federal Congresswoman introduce a Bill wrong in so many ways? [Hint: she is a “former” Drug Company marketing rep.]
.
Because the Vaxx Machine has cultivated Congress like a garden, and now intends to reap its toxic harvest, no matter how much damage that may cause… because, of course, Congress has already conveniently exempted the vaxx drug pushers from any personal responsibility for the growing number of dead and maimed children and adults.

How, given Big Pharma’s vile record of foisting dangerous drugs on the public, would anyone believe that freeing these crony corporations from any legal responsibility for the foreseeable harms of their unavoidably unsafe products would ever make those products safer or more effective?
