Dr. Rima Truth Reports
Dr Rima is Moving to Houston Tomorrow
But Not to “Enjoy” the Hot, Humid Summer.

She and General Bert were on a mission. They still are, and that mission involves a strategic alliance with ZelEx because of their world-changing technologies for health and for the environment.

When General Bert and I met each other on April 28, 1991, each of us had been given a mission during our meditations about 6 months before that. It was simple, short and enormous: “Heal the World.”
.
How do you do that? What does it mean? What does it require? At which level since there are so many? Alone? With a Health Freedom Army?
.
And so on.
.
We knew that frequency techniques were a huge part of the answer so we started focusing on them for our therapies for both people and the planet.
.
General Bert and I had both worked with frequency before we met, which, by the way, was at a frequency and consciousness event sponsored by Foster Gamble, more recently of the Thrive Movement.
.
We were well aware that the former Soviet Union and its client states were light years ahead of our technology in frequency. We even attempted a technology transfer mission in 1991.
.
General Bert is, as you know, dead because of Health Freedom denied. But his mission lives on in me and in the Natural Solutions Foundation. So when the trustees were introduced to Dr. Slav Sopkin, a quantum scientist from Estonia, and Kathleen McGowan, his remarkable wife and partner in ZelEx, we were seriously intrigued.

The frequencies that we need to Heal the World already exist as working technologies. With them we can accomplish everything that we need to do — except heal the psychopathic minds and atrophied hearts of the depopulationists.

But we can make the economic and social conditions in which they thrive disappear. With frequencies.

Thinking About General Bert

It’s hard to believe it’s been four months since my friend and mentor, Maj. Gen. Bert Stubblebine, the Founding President of Natural Solutions Foundation, died. I feel his presence, as I am sure Dr. Rima, his widow, does.

We think about him and about his legacy quite a bit. We’re working on an appropriate celebration of what he teaches us. That will happen sometime in the next few months.
