Thinking About General Bert

It’s hard to believe it’s been four months since my friend and mentor, Maj. Gen. Bert Stubblebine, the Founding President of Natural Solutions Foundation, died. I feel his presence, as I am sure Dr. Rima, his widow, does.

We think about him and about his legacy quite a bit. We’re working on an appropriate celebration of what he teaches us. That will happen sometime in the next few months. Bonnie Greenwell Ph.D. is a transpersonal psychotherapist and non-dual teacher in the lineage of Adyashanti. She is the author of Energies of Transformation: A Guide to the Kundalini Process (1990) based on her doctoral research, and The Kundalini Guide and The Awakening Guide (2015) guidebooks for experiencers that are based on her 30 years work as a therapist and spiritual teacher. She contributed to the anthologies Kundalini Rising, Voices on the Threshold of Tomorrow, and God in Every World, and edited Adyashanti’s book Emptiness Dancing. She is currently preparing for publication a new book with New Harbinger Press titled When Spirit Leaps: Understanding and Supporting the Process of Spiritual Awakening.
